Being in the middle of a pandemic and in another state, our family really depended on this place to help my grandmother get back to as normal as possible no matter how difficult she may have been despite being in a brand new place with no visitors after a very traumatic experience. The whole time she was there her health declined. As soon as we could have her transported home we did. She hasn't eaten since her stroke in February and had to be placed on a PEG tube recently for nutrients. She had no bowel movements for months. She hasn't stood or walked, had bed sores starting and beginning signs of drop foot. This place did not work with her but just let her lay in bed all day long. I have no clue what else went on here but she is terrified to go to any other inpatient facility and refuses any type of treatment other than being at home. She would call us and tell us she wet herself or was thirsty, but when we said we would call the nurses station to assist her, she would say, "No don't, they will get mad" I do NOT recommend. This was with a family calling everyday to check on her. I can only imagine the patients that have nobody to check in on them. Would do 0 stars if it allowed me.

I am not sure the upper management is aware of some of their underlings antics such as the nurses, counselors...ect. I know from the experiences with someone in their program for the last 6 yrs. He never failed a drug screen or count. But yet they called him in for counts almost every month for a couple of yrs including when I was in the hospital having my first child. He had to leave for a count. Then the money issues. They have been trying to say he owes them money for a long time but he has every receipt since starting and always paid in full every time. This last excused they used was that something showed up on his last drug screen, which happened to be a psychiatric med that he took to them months ago to show them he was on it. All of a sudden they have no record of that med in his chart that he brought to them 3 months ago and he paid for a months worth of medicine which they said they would not return as he supposedly owes them money. How can you owe money for something you have paid for without fail in full for 6 yrs straight. They knew from the second he came into that office they were not going to let him dose or give him those take homes but stole money from him. So please try to find a long term Doctor or something. Because these people play dirty after a year or so to get rid of you. Which is crazy because this is a money oriented place but I guess the director is not aware. I help run an addiction program myself and I find this to be disgusting. We would never do something like this to people trying to better their situation. As well as lie the way these individuals have.
