New to town, brought vehicle there and owner didn't like my attitude speaking to my husband about preparing for work. I've had 2 bad experiences with that. What Is a consumer's recourse if not done properly? None! This owner continued conversation with husband. We agreed to bring 1k for part needed,,since we'd been waiting 4 weeks, due to part shortage. Owner then said he didn't like my attitude and to pick up vehicle 2 hours later! Welcome to Jamestown! I sent email apologies and picked up car with alternate key. He told us he was closing early and if not there in 15 minutes now we could wait until Monday! I know that since I'm new here, he Said I don't know you and you don't know me..I will spend my hard earned money outside of town. If this business is like this, how many others? I want be in a hurry to spend here. I'll live here and do business elsewhere. read more
