They appear to spend money on staff rather than flat screen TVs, coffee and donuts. The place is neat and clean but nothing fancy, just how I want my mechanic's shop to be. Spend your money on the things that matter most, the quality of people you hire and their training. I work in Cookeville but live an hour away and have tried multiple shops closer to home, as of now I'll be inconveniencing myself to come here, they're just that good!
