The shift manager was present, but the operation felt understaffed and unorganized. My brother manages a Starbucks elsewhere in Connecticut and was honestly shocked by the lack of urgency and service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be returning to this location.

While my coffee was delicious, I didn't enjoy the ambiance at all.
