The shelves are always empty of whatever you need from greeting cards to soap. Sadly, the pharmacy also suffers and lots of times they send you away saying the is a "shortage" of medications. Strangely enough, other CVS locations don't seem to have these issues. The pharmacy always has crazy long lines that never seem to move.....something that I remember seeing about the USSR's bread lines. Also the people that work there in the pharmacy are also very strange and moody. One positive about all this, is if you have a child brainwashed about how good socialism or communism is, you can take them there and give them a taste and experience that system, and what it's really like.

There are only four pumps and one man working there at any one time, so there tends to be a line, but the place is set up so that all the cars enter from one end and exit from the other, so everyone moves along pretty quickly. The guys who work there are also really nice. This place doesn't do anything but pump your gas - no air for your tires, no washing your windows, no attached convenient store - but when the weather is gross and you don't feel like standing outside for 5 minutes pumping your gas, this is definitely the place to go.

The CVS pharmacy located in Georgetown Mass is the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. I went to…read morethe window marked "consultation" today to speak privately to a pharmacist and a very rude man refused to come over to the window to help me but started asking me to shout my personal info over to him - about 5 feet away. "Can I speak to you privately" I asked and he rolled his eyes and started to come over to the consultation area. That's when I left and will never return. Hey CVS, how about giving your people some customer service training?
