We were indecisive, and the gentleman working was super friendly, offering his two cents and sharing tips on his favorites. We also bought some beans as Christmas presents and again got great advice on which ones to choose. We even got a full cup sample of their cold brew made with some of the beans we were considering. The café itself is warm yet spacious, with plenty of seating and outlets. It seems like a great place to work or hang out for a while. Highly recommend!

The wine was served in a nice sized glass. I asked again for water and five minutes later it arrived. I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla....it was mighty mediocre. Not well presented either, but at least it was warm. When I wanted to leave, it took 10 minutes to get the bartender's attention (who always seemed to be doing something other than paying attention to the patrons.) If you are starving, and there are not other options, by all means, go here. But you might do better at a different restaurant.

There isn't really any specific seating, but you can sit wherever in the terminal. It's Boston, so you can be sure to find plenty of Dunkin' locations around, even at the airport. The service was fast enough for my liking. No complaints from me!
