The CVS pharmacy located in Georgetown Mass is the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. I went to the window marked "consultation" today to speak privately to a pharmacist and a very rude man refused to come over to the window to help me but started asking me to shout my personal info over to him - about 5 feet away. "Can I speak to you privately" I asked and he rolled his eyes and started to come over to the consultation area. That's when I left and will never return. This pharmacy is the best. They always have what I need and quickly fill prescriptions. Today I got my second dose of the shingles vaccine, no problem they were pretty busy but loaded up and gave Me my jab pretty quick and I was on my way! Thank you guys!! read more

This is the worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever experienced. I have a monthly prescription that must be timely refilled. Every single month I go for a refill and they are out of stock, putting me behind on my medication and affecting my health. Then the manager in a condescending voice tells me, when I show up on the day they told me they would receive the shipment, that the shipments arrive at noontime, so just come back to see if we have it. Seriously?!? Like he is doing me a favor by even addressing me. I'LL BET THEY NEVER EVER RUN OUT OF VIAGRA. if I could give zero stars I would. read more

This pharmacy has the worst customer service of any pharmacy that I've ever been to. The other CVS pharmacies nearby are pretty decent but this one is horrible. The staff is lazy, incompetent and can't even provide basic services. They also don't ever answer their phones when you call to talk to a pharmacist. read more

The customer service is non-existent. There was trouble with my order and they behaved so dis concerned to help me figure out or understand what went on so that I could get my order. They were so unhelpful not one person said let me see if I can't figure this out. They acted as if I was bothering them to fill an order. They just didn't care. read more

I understand they are under staffed. I also realize that they have no control over the supply chain. But I think it would be very helpful if they would either post online or via a pharmacy phone their actual pharmacy hours. Including lunch break closings ect...I, like many others have been experiencing problems receiving our medications due to supply chain issues. Perhaps CVS Headquarters could put together a program to assist the pharmacy staff and your customers by letting us know ahead of time when we will not be getting our medications, or possibly other, nearby CVS locations that do have what we need. I was embarrassed on a recent visit (3rd try-"We're waiting for a delivery...) the pharmacy assistant actually had to handwrite a list of CVS locations that I could start calling to possibly find my medications. Couldn't HQ assist with this? Or better yet be in contact with the drug manufactures to confirm the shipping schedules/quantities. Somebody, some where must have this information. With all the technology available this must be within grasp. It is no wonder it is difficult to find folks to work in a pharmacy position- having to be the friction point between disappointed customers and a black hole of information. Most CVS pharmacy workers have a problem looking up and ignore people that appear at their lines. This location is the worst. If you make an online flu shot appointment, make sure you call ahead. They always have problems and their system is always "down". Rude. read more

Literally the WORST customer service . I walked out after waiting for a cashier only to be rushed and felt like an inconvenience. It's not a tough job to be a cashier.
