If you like 7-Eleven, Bolla Market, QuikCheck, WaWa, Sheetz, Royal Farms, RaceTrac, Circle K, etc. etc. etc., then you'll like Cumberland Farms. It's a nice convenience store. Coffee is decent and bathrooms are fairly clean. And that's all I have to say about that. read more

Okay, now that I've actually tried all of the goodies I purchased from Cumberland Farms, I can write a somewhat informative review (gotta get that first one down!). I mean I've been waiting long enough for the place to be ready, driving by each day, seeing construction slowly build up for this convenience/gas spot. Finally, its doors opened, and apparently they'll never close (open 24 hours does well for late night Cumberland adventures). I honestly would have no idea what a Cumberland Farms was if I hadn't once stopped for gas at a Maryland location. Though I filled up on fuel, there was no entry into the actual store, so I really consider this my first Cumberland experience. It was cool-ish. I give it the "ish" because there's some nice stuff goin' down inside CF. For starters, they've got that whole order-food-on-a-screen thing that Wawa does so well. I didn't search through options, but I'm intrigued to come back and see what kinds of concoctions I can create. Beyond this, they have self serve breakfast rolls (I had a relatively tasty/spicy supreme omelet one) and hotdogs plus a place that should hold a bunch of sandwiches (these shelves were empty so maybe in the future?). Past the hot grub, Cumberland has their own line of different snacks and such that I went after to help give me a better gauge on quality. A southwest trail mix and a bag of mint chocolate chip cookies were my bounty and both sufficed in flavor with the cookies winning out as an intriguingly different choice. I was going to grab a Cumberland soda but scoffed at the 78 grams of sugar in each one. Instead, a pre-bottled CF French Vanilla iced coffee made its way into my throat with enjoyable results (even if I prefer my coffee a little more fresh). I'd probably balance this all out to about 3 1/2 stars and round down with intention on coming back, but I'm gonna go upwards simply due to the friendliness of the employees. There were probably four or five people behind the counter and each of them smiled and went out of their way to say hi and welcome. It's a nice change of pace from other gas station employees who usually look like their souls have been sucked from their bodies. Maybe this won't last, but it made an impression today (so hopefully it does!). Overall, this was probably a way-too-long review for a Cumberland Farms, but hey, that's how I roll, plus I was excited to see the place finally open and plan on coming back for more. With round the clock access to decent snack selections, drink options, made to order food (can't speak on the quality yet), and (the always-needed) gas, it makes for an intriguing addition to the NHP area. I appreciate that they are still offering a free coffee to healthcare workers. I've always had service with a smile here. Gas is reasonably priced. I've seen them wipe down the counters and clean the floors regularly. Good snack options, including apples and bananas for those trying to stay healthy for their quick-bites. Decent variety of beers. Cleaner than your average gas station, bright lights, and they have a good variety of caffeinated drink options, plus a DIY shake shop. Coffee is only 99 cents! read more

In the middle of the day, I often take a break and make a stop at Cumberland Farms. Their coffee is outstanding. Plenty of choices and at least half the price of most places. It's the perfect place for a quick "pick me up". read more

So, so much better than 7/11, I don't know why there's so many 7/11 in the NHP area. I wish they would close permanently! Cumberland Farms is cleaner and well organized. They have great pastries, much better than what you'd find at Dunkin Donuts. I hope they continue to sell and expand their amazing pastries. I also love the promos when purchasing any hot or cold fountain drink and large-sized chocolate bar, you can't refuse that one. I wish they offered more flavor selections of unsweetened and/or sugar-free iced tea from the fountain area. And also, please carry packets of healthier, natural kinds of sweeteners like Truvia or Whole Earth (the dark green packets). Love that they finally have packets of REAL honey, I like using that instead of the yucky artificially flavored, high fructose syrup in the pump bottles. read more

Since Cumberland Farms opened, it has become my go to for coffee every single morning. I am greeted personally by every employee who by the way are always cleaning something. There is a amazing variety of stuff whether it's food or just a snack. They have the best iced coffee and the best part is that any size is 1.00. I often stop here on my way out east. First off it's very clean and bright. The employees are always nice. The bathroom is very clean. This is a must these days and newer gas stations/stores have bathrooms unlike old 711s which don't. All kinds of treats and snacks read more

They have deceptive business practices. They do not honor coupons and that gives me anxiety because when I get a coupon when something is supposed to be free, and then pay for it, I know it kind of stinks and it makes me sad and lonely and angry and can't trust people. I really don't understand the customer service. I just can't get people these days! Faith in humanity is at an all time low with this crap :( read more

When Cumberland Farms were in construction I was super exited since it was a completely new company in our neighborhood and when they finally opened up the staff greeted each customer and had a great warming hospitality when ever you enter. I love the variety of beverages and how clean the store is, I even became friends with most of the associates since they have such a great personality , they work really hard and I believe the company found great employees for this location. read more

4 stars. Love the place, nice and clean and well priced items. Employees greet you and overall pleasant. A few things though: The smokey aioli sauce has been empty for weeks and no-one seems to notice. Also what's the point of being open 24 hours if you stop cooking hot foods around 10-ish. It's not like you stop cooking and sell whatever's left, i've actually seen perfectly good food being thrown out simply because it was 10 already. I know you can claim food safety issue, but as long as you keep hot foods in the correct temperature you can leave them there and wait for late night customers to buy them. From 5 am to 9:59 PM that's what you do, display the food while keeping it hot on the grill. The rules of science/microbiology won't magically change once it hits 10 pm. Also I may not have noticed it, but please have recycling bins for plastics. There's plenty of trash bins which are great but what about the plastic cups we use for coffee? Pros: - Plenty of parking space - Free air for tires (without gauge is free, with the gauge reading its $1 for a few minutes) - $1 coffee any size including the frozen mocha and during the summer i think 79 cents soda any size - inexpensive hot food items (hot dog, pizza, rollers, etc) - walk in beer section - clean bathrooms, cleaner than my school bathroom - employees always working either stocking items, cooking things or cleaning - friendly employees greets you at the door, sometimes i get surprised as soon as i enter i just hear "HELLO" out of nowhere - well lit inside and out, lots of cameras, you feel safe and/or watched lol Cons - stop throwing away food at 10 and have recycling bins so we can throw plastic Overall maybe this should've been a 4.5 or even a 4.75 stars but i can't give decimals so 4 it is. read more

Walked in with Mom the other day and it's pretty big! A very great spot to grab a quick bite while driving. Staff was friendly and they had a milkshake machine inside!! (It tasted great by the way) they also had a custom sandwich spot and lots of different coffees to choose from. I try as much as possible to stop here when I can as it's a great spot. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE; place is a rip off; a JUUL behind the counter just for the device clearly displays $14.99; beware and pay attention; they will try to rip you off and charge you $43 instead; who knows what other items they say are on sale and try to charge you more; there are much better places to shop than here; also a mile away on Jericho Turnpike there is a Mobil that always sells there gas $0.15 cheaper. Fantastic we need a place like this, I work late shifts and I'm sure a lot of other people from the medical centers appreciate a place that's open late in this area. It's essentially a much nicer version of 7-Eleven, they have great coffee, good snacks and lots of specials. My only complaint is they made a new policy that they won't refill a coffee mug larger than 30 Oz. After I spend $60 on gas and working till 4 in the morning you figure they wouldn't be cheap with their coffee, they end up dumping out the pots regularly anyway. Someone should bring this up to management, this new policy is really obnoxious. I would give them a 5 star review if I didn't have by my gas there and then to go to 7-Eleven to fill up my coffee mug. They were giving out free coffee 4 months and now they have all these signs posted up that refills on mugs greater than 30 Oz are prohibited. That's kind of obnoxious. Management should really address this issue. I don't think that thousands of people are refilling 60 oz mugs, but I do depend on my coffee, I would be willing to pay more. read more

11/23/18 I used my debit card for gas and three additional charges appeared from Sunoco totaling $134. Last week my daughter got gas using her debit card and an unauthorized charge of $100 from Sunoco appeared on her account. In both cases these purchases were the first made in a long time so it had to be from Cumberland farms. Obviously Cumberland farms does not monitor their pumps. I won't be using my card there anymore. read more
