I inquired about how I could get a refill and she said contact you primary care doctor on Monday. All if her comment were defensive. We have experienced the decline in customer support for sometime at this location. Other Walgreens have been customer oriented. Not here.

I had an absolutely awful experience at the Cumberland Farms on Sunday, February 7th. My little boy…read moreneeded to use the restroom, but when we got to the door, there was a sign saying it was closed for cleaning. Fair enough--except for the fact that both employees were just standing around at the register, doing nothing. When I asked if they could help or give me an idea of when the restroom would be available, they rudely dismissed me and basically told me it wasn't their problem. Another customer mentioned that the restroom had been closed since 7 a.m., which makes me think this had nothing to do with "cleaning" and everything to do with pure laziness. Not only was the staff completely unhelpful, but their attitude was downright nasty. If you hate dealing with the public that much, maybe you should find a new job! Cumberland Farms, you should seriously reconsider who you're hiring because this level of customer service is beyond unacceptable. I won't be coming back, and I'd recommend others take their business elsewhere too.
