The reply I got from Walgreens was the prescription would be available Friday after 3:10 pm. On Saturday morning I logged in only to find the prescription was cancelled the day I reordered. No notice from Walgreens. When I asked what I need to do the parceled me honey and said you have to contact Walgreens because that is an app issue. I inquired about how I could get a refill and she said contact you primary care doctor on Monday. All if her comment were defensive. We have experienced the decline in customer support for sometime at this location. Other Walgreens have been customer oriented. Not here.

It's the slowest pharmacy on the planet but that's not my gripe. My gripe is they never answer the phone so you have to leave a message. Well, they don't call you back so there's no way to know if your prescription is being filled, what time to pick it up etc.. You call at 9:00 am she says it won't be ready till 2:00. You show up at 3:00 and it hasn't even been started. It's constant. It's every month. It's ridiculous. When I caught her in a bold faced lie about "Melissa" calling and leaving a voicemail (which I could hear Melissa in the background saying she didn't) and asked to talk to the manager she said" We can just transfer your prescription to another store if you're not happy with the service". I said no, I just would like my prescription filled please and would like to speak with the store manager please. I wasn't rude as a matter of fact I'm always overly nice. I believe these calls are recorded so corporate could easily pull up the recording to see I'm telling the truth. She got mad because I wanted her superiors to know how she's running that pharmacy. There's a reason for all the negative reviews on Yelp and Google and all over the internet. CVS corporate would be appalled at this store if they knew how it's being ran.

You have a new manager come in, and you can tell the favoritism when the manager is there not hiding out. The atmosphere when you walk in now is almost toxic feeling. You got one on days that's treated like Cinderella from her wicked step sisters. She is talked down at and not talked to. You can see that those behind the counter are trying to keep the store going and don't want to complain in fear of losing their job or being treated worse. As a supervisor in a local government, I always have to remember that those I guide and train are the face of my department. My leadership and the way I treat my staff are visible in their dealings with other departments and the public.
