The car has already been in the shop three times, and I haven't even made my first payment yet. First, it was the radiator. Then the throttle body. Now, they're telling me they still don't know what's wrong with it. For a vehicle I've only had just over a month, this is completely unacceptable. I bought the car from Jen, but have been dealing with the manager, Kyle, regarding these ongoing issues. I've now requested to cancel the deal entirely because at this point, I don't feel confident in the vehicle at all. I also spoke with the lender, who confirmed that I may be able to get out of the loan since no payments have been made yet. This has been a frustrating and stressful experience. I expected a reliable vehicle, not one that lives in the shop. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from here to think twice.

We were never offered an extended warranty. My guess is they knew the car had issues. I've already had the tires balanced, rotated, brake pads changed, etc. It's shifting really hard and vibrating when sitting still. The manager said since I didn't purchase the extended warranty then it was my problem. They wouldn't let me purchase the extended warranty today when I spoke to them since it wasn't offered. I haven't event paid the first payment so there was still time. Today, I was given a paper that said they rotated and balanced the tires and changed the brake pads during their "inspection" on January 27th. That's funny considering they were squeaking less than a week ago and I had to have them changed and they were crystallized. Stay away from this car dealer.

They lack professionalism and actual customer service. It was a horrible experience the first time I had my vehicle in their shop for 64 days and it was a horrible experience this time and my vehicle hadn't even made it to the shop yet. Good somewhere else! Anywhere else!

When I was about halfway there I checked in with him to let him know my eta and he informed me that another sales person had made an appointment for someone else to look at the car an hour before I was scheduled to arrive. I had to reach out to even be told this information. Had I not, I could have gone all that way to find the car had been sold from under me. I was then told the only way to ensure that the car would be there was to put a $500 nonrefundable (if i chose not to purchase) deposit down on the car. I was willing to do that despite being a bit frustrated that I had already made the appointment to purchase this car and was now being told while I was on the way that it may be sold from under me, but then I was told that by putting a deposit down I would have to give up any power to negotiate the price of the vehicle at all. Super unprofessional and an incredible inconvenience to put me through. Would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere to a dealership with a bit more decency.
