After 23 years, our Moen body shower system was only dribbling and needed help. Call to Mallory at Cumberland and help on way with Chuck & Jay who diagnosed problem and ordered parts to make like new. Today Chuck team called ahead, were 15 minutes EARLY and made like new. May 6, My old bathroom faucet we replaced but the hot water side never worked good and now the new faucet hot water did not come our at all just the cold worked. Today Mike Hubbard arrived on time, called before he came and he gave me an estimate which I requested before he arrived. I emailed them over the holiday weekend when the expansion tank on our water heater began leaking. I assumed it would be Tuesday before I heard from them but the office manager emailed me early Monday morning to say that they could get to us early Tuesday between 10-12. I eagerly agreed and received a call from Mac saying that he had a cancellation and could get to us early if that was ok. Called Cumberland after my son was unable to unstop a toilet. Called before they opened and left a message and they promptly returned my call after they opened. Was told they would come between 12-2 but the tech called me before 10 and said they had an opening and could come sooner, which I was joyed to hear. Mack and Mike were very professional and in no time had figured out what the problem was. These guys were so awesome! Very friendly and worked quickly. Called and had them install a garbage disposal for us. They came out the same day and performed the work. Other than the new garbage disposal not sounding like a chainsaw if you didn't know they had been there you never would have know anyone had been there. I believe the plumber's name is Mike he worked fast the price was very reasonable and we are extremely excited to have them do more work for us moving forward. Just a few highlights they arrived early, didn't give us any upsell BS and the plumber was fast, efficient, and clean. We recently had a very straightforward new Whirlpool all-in-one water softener installed in a new home with the loops available. The softener was unboxed and next to the loops. Just over 2 years ago, they did an identical set up in our prior (new) home costing $276 ($200 labor/$76 parts/tx). We were expecting a similar bill, but were charged $503 ($300 labor/$203 parts/tx). No issues with installation, but making others aware that their labor is now $150/hr and the same fittings, allegedly, have almost tripled in price. (They did provide 3 bags of salt... probably at around $6-7/bag. They were scheduled on a Friday, I was to get the salt on Thurs, but they had a cancellation and offered to "pick up the salt" on the way over. Instead, one of them left the job for about 30 min to get it. Not sure how that figured into their billing.) Anyway, we called the owner and ... "everything is more expensive now", was the explanation... citing labor, pipes, fittings, etc. (Yet at least 4 feet of PVC pipe was discarded.) Again, happy with the installation and courteous service - the bill, not so much. read more

He treated my ladies with respect and solved the problem in no time. I told Chuck that my husband and I were looking for a plumber to install a garbage disposal and some other small jobs. Built a new home in Kingsland,Ga., needed a under sink garbage disposal, purchased at Lowe's and needed a plumber, clerk explained that they used a plumber with 48 hours to schedule. His 20 plus years experience was demonstrated in the garbage disposal installation and bathroom tub fixture valve replacement he performed. All work was accomplished within an hour.
