Jack and Beverly are 2 of the nicest people I know. Jack replaced my existing well right after we moved into our home in 2014. They did a great job. On Father's Day weekend my water just decided to quit. Jack came out on Saturday and determined the pump in the well needed to be replaced. He came back on Sunday...Father's Day and within a couple of hours he had me back in service!! Thank you for taking great care of us ONCE again!! read more

Don't bother attempting to get this man "Jack" owner & his wife to follow-up on their installations. This man is one of the worst. We paid for a 760' installation to the FL aquifer. Our $12,500 job lasted less than 3 years and we've had to replace the electrical box 3 times. Now the pump is bad. Another $3500 to pull the pump and replace less than 4 years old...... Even the competition who has to clean up after this company calls the owner a POS. NO FOLLOW-UP OR SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. Doesn't honor any warranty. Save yourself the aggravation and extra expense. read more
