I discussed that we HAD to move by a specific date, gave the date. I was told that no moving date could be secured until the estimator made his visit, but they would do everything possible to accommodate our needs, blah, blah, blah. So the estimator showed up, with a smile, said there was no way they could move us for nearly a month. He proceeded to explain that if they promised dates on the phone the company would suffer. No matter that this consumer was going to suffer. This guy is a manager.
