I won't be going back. Zero service. I walked in, wandered throughout the store - I was the ONLY customer there amongst 4 staff members, yet not one staff member acknowledged me. I hate that. I find that arrogant. And I didn't just breeze in and out. I literally walked from the stand-up freezers, to the little booth displaying the dry-aged primal cuts of beef, along the butcher's counter, to the deli counter...I paused to look at bags of Picard nuts, and even almost decided to buy a package of pepperoni sticks - right beside the cash register! No one made a move toward me. Even just a friendly hello and I would have bought.... Nothing. I left. I won't be back.

Not really hard or excessively chewy that your temples hurt after eating a few pieces. It was pretty salty, but all beef jerky is. My husband who likes gamey meats said it was a bit gamey.
