I do not see why it would be a problem, because THEY have the check and will be receiving it back to DEPOSIT into their business account. I received my check on last Thursday 4/30/26 but the date on the check was 4/21/26. I receive fedx 2 days tracking number on 4/28/26. I wonder why my check was not sent the date that was on the check. I took the check to chase, their bank and COULD NOT CASH due to it was over $2,500. I went out of town and back today Monday 5/4 went to my bank Wells Fargo complete transaction. I could NOT complete because Wells Fargo has flagged Your Attorney checks "IT MAY NOT BE PAID". I have been talking with Christoper and he overheard with the teller said. Christoper called the CFO because they were not aware. So I asked if I could get my money zelle, answer no. It could be wired but I HAVE TO SEND THIS CHECK BACK in order for them to wire which would take another 5 to 10 days. When I can just write VOID on the check and mail back but still get my wire. I was so humiliated at the bank. After 3 years I still have to wait. YOUR ATTORNEY OFFICE GOT THEIR MONEY with no stipulations to be deposited or cash from my insurance company.

Because of this, I have a few ruptured disc in my back and neck. I went to the emergency room immediately. Then I hired this attorney. They immediately set me up with a chiropractor. Who I found out with someone that the law firm had ties to. Meaning, they got a kick back from sending me to this chiropractor. The chiropractor did x-rays of my back and then started treatment. They insisted I go two days a week. the first two weeks, I was in more pain than ever. I expressed it to the chiropractor and to the attorney. They both told me I needed to continue the treatment with no changes or I would get." less money." at this point the money wasn't as important to me as healing. I didn't end up going back to the emergency room because I was in so much pain. The doctor there advised me not to continue with the chiropractor. I called the attorney and they state they knew what they were doing and to get the most money I needed to go to the chiropractor. Keep in mind all of the money that was being spent at the chiropractor was coming out of my settlement as well. I was assured in the beginning that I would get all of my money back for a rental car, missed work time any bills. I was assured that I would get a good sized settlement. I finally was sent to a surgeon about my back and he told me that he spoke with my attorney and I did not have any money left in my settlement for the surgery. I ended up walking away with $1000. That did not cover the rental car.. Not to mention any other money I was out of pocket work and other things. I wasn't trying to get a huge settlement. I was just trying to get everything covered and to get my back injury fixed. This attorney was more interested in getting money into his pocket and getting money into his chiropractor friends pocket. The chiropractor was Dominguez chiropractor. Needless to say and I'm still in a lot of pain. My back injury has never been fixed. It's heartbreaking when people don't do what they say they're gonna do and you suffer because of it.
