We try to get a lawyer for a case that is not injury related, but we were unsure where to start, i contacted live chat and ask about my case and Gina was my helper, she ask me about my case and we explained, then she gave us the address and told us they will see about our case, so i set up an appointment and we drove 1 hour there.. got lost 2 times.. waste gas and $2 parking tickets.. to find out that they only takes injury consultations.. no injury no case! So why did she send us here to begin with? We already explained our situation with her.. i understand that she wanted to help.. I'm thankful for that, but why don't she just tell us from the beginning that if there are no injury, we sorry we cannot help you! I was very disappointed! If you don't have any injury! if I could give them zero stars I would. Do not use this law firm. A few years ago I had a really bad car accident that was not my fault. Because of this, I have a few ruptured disc in my back and neck. I went to the emergency room immediately. Then I hired this attorney. They immediately set me up with a chiropractor. Who I found out with someone that the law firm had ties to. Meaning, they got a kick back from sending me to this chiropractor. The chiropractor did x-rays of my back and then started treatment. They insisted I go two days a week. the first two weeks, I was in more pain than ever. I expressed it to the chiropractor and to the attorney. They both told me I needed to continue the treatment with no changes or I would get." less money." at this point the money wasn't as important to me as healing. I didn't end up going back to the emergency room because I was in so much pain. The doctor there advised me not to continue with the chiropractor. I called the attorney and they state they knew what they were doing and to get the most money I needed to go to the chiropractor. Keep in mind all of the money that was being spent at the chiropractor was coming out of my settlement as well. I was assured in the beginning that I would get all of my money back for a rental car, missed work time any bills. I was assured that I would get a good sized settlement. I finally was sent to a surgeon about my back and he told me that he spoke with my attorney and I did not have any money left in my settlement for the surgery. I ended up walking away with $1000. That did not cover the rental car.. Not to mention any other money I was out of pocket work and other things. I wasn't trying to get a huge settlement. I was just trying to get everything covered and to get my back injury fixed. This attorney was more interested in getting money into his pocket and getting money into his chiropractor friends pocket. The chiropractor was Dominguez chiropractor. Needless to say and I'm still in a lot of pain. My back injury has never been fixed. He stopped answering my calls, he was always in a meeting or at lunch. He lied about my son's case not having a statute of limitation. I found out after the statue limitation was up that there was a statue of limitation because the Law Firm sent me a letter stating that there was a statue of limitation. He didn't have the decency to let me know directly. It is so sad that when you're in such a vulnerable state and unfamiliar with the policies and laws that the one person you think has your best interest really doesn't. it is one thing to have already been through one traumatic situation and then to discover you find yourself in a worst situation is very heartbreaking. I would have been fine if he would've said he was unable to represent my son in a timely manner so I could have sought out a more qualified law firm that was worth my time instead of stringing me along pretending that we were going to go to court. Playing like he was taking care of business when actuality he was just waiting for the time to pass. You would think this Law Firm took my son's case for a reason, that they would of fought hard to be on my side. This experience has really hurt me to my soul. The highest compensation a firm can charge is 40%. For that reason alone, don't hire them because that's what they charge me but haven't been able to prove to me that they deserve that much from my car accident case. This law firm has a 5 star rating in Google because they buy 5-star reviews. Yes that's difficult to prove but look how perfectly written the 5 star reviews are, as if generated by a computer. All the reviews strategically mention the name of someone that works at the firm. Most people when writing a review aren't that specific. I've even seen two reviews written exactly the same except the names of the attorneys were different in the review. I've also notice that bad reviews are eventually deleted, maybe that's another Google service they pay for. I got lured in by the 5 star rating without doing proper research. If you use this firm, I promise you will regret it. My attorney received more money from my settlement than me, in addition to that the firm charged me close to $400 just to get copies of medical bills. Maybe it cost them $400 in postage or fax paper ink I don't know. The doctors the firm sent me to ended up charging me outrageous amounts for me simply going for 10 to 15 minute visits of them doing practically nothing for me except causing more pain to my body. I suffered so badly, could not work in the process. If you don't know or ever experienced a sciatic nerve, it feels like someone is breaking your leg in half over and over again while you're still alive. Pain pills don't work, epidurals are only temporary. I thought I was dying one night because the pain was so bad so I decided the only way I could sleep is if I drank wine. I don't normally drink alcohol because it just puts me to sleep. So I drank a half a bottle of wine and when I woke up the next morning, the pain was gone. I ended treatment in January of 2022, from what I remember the attorneys office didn't seem to like that, I was told that my medical bills were "ONLY $19,000." That amount was shocking to me, I didn't have an operation. I don't what the hell they were doing for an entire year but more than an entire year has already passed and I still have not received a settlement check. My attorney will ultimately receive more money than me. A good attorney that cares about his client would offer to reduce his fees, I asked but he refused. I've had car accidents before, I've dealt with other attorneys before and by far this particular law firm is the worst. In the year of them doing no work on my case, I was switched around between 3 different assistants and they all seemed to have a strange tone to their voice when communicating over the phone. It's difficult to explain except it always gave me bad vibes and now I know why. The assistant called to tell me she had my check, told me it was mailed and when I asked for a tracking number I was given a number that did not work in the USPS tracking system. My settlement should have been sent fedex overnight or at least mailed with insurance attached but again this is not a good law firm. read more

I used these people without doing my own check. I was given some advice about how to handle my case and took that advice. I was out of work and I live paycheck to paycheck. So when I settle the case it took a while between settle my case to get my money. So I asked could I come to the office to pick up my settlement check because I explained my car was about to be reposed and I my utility bill was about to cut my gas and lights. They still sent my settlement check through FedEx with stipulations that I can't get the check until Monday the 16th. 12 days after they received the check. Started off wholesome, ended up trouble. Tbh, my experience at the beginning was heart warming during a time I was in pain and in need. I'd gotten hurt at work, and like a lot of people I did not know how bad it was until I'd gotten worse. I contacted my job, who then connected me with their workers' comp team. It was a pleasant experience however I was unaware of how the system works so I opted to be represented by a lawyer (because I can't speak medical, I just know my arm isn't working how it should any more) Bader Scott assured me they would get me to the right doctors, get me weekly pay, and back to work faster. They steadily displayed Awesome words yet sluggish plays. For exampe... I went to 6 doctors visits. Neither doctor actually "doctored". when I say that I mean, I went in.. they gave me a sling, an ice pack, and over the counter meds. Hole time my should is dislocated with a severely contusion on my elbow. The worst part between the experience is the communication. After I received my welcome blanket and mugs I became just another number. At times when I felt like my lawyers should speak for me or inform me on changes they didn't. I made majority of the calls to schedule appointments and an acquired numerous loans due to my workers comp being denied. Without clarity of how when it was approved prior to before, I assumed I would be communicated with along the way. I wasn't... most conversations were vague. At one point I had a new lawyer but the case changed and then my previous lawyer was back. .... long story short because I'm getting finger fatigue ‍ I settled the case after months of no physical therapy or income. Especially after my lawyer told me that he had more higher paying cases that take up most of his time.. (He really did! Then described the case to me and said I was lucky) Even with that I was just ready to be done with it. They didn't honor my form of payment request as I asked for it to be sent via fed ex or DP. I am currently waiting 23 and more days for a response/payment as my case has been closed but no payments received. This law firm is righting the wrong for the good. They are literally robinhood. My child was hurt at work. The company sent my child to a doctor who gave meds pure and simple. At the end of the period the doctor wrote my kid, said she was okay, and said return to work. My child said I'm in pain so I called the adjuster and said she's still in pain. The adjuster was so mean she almost made me cry but my daughter did. I ended up calling some agency and they said your daughter needs an attorney. I looked through multiple reviews even the one where attorneys rate whose the best . By all accounts Bader Scott was the best law firm. My kid literally only wanted therapy and to return to work. She loved the job and the money. Bader Scott saw her throughout the whole process, making sure she was compensated throughout the whole process. The doctor put her up to medium duty but her company said they could not accommodate that so for months because of Bader Scott she was compensated even though she was not at work. She returned and tried full duty because she wanted to keep that job but was just in more pain. It's awful almost a year later my kid is still falling. Sometimes she gets so weak she just crumples to the ground. In any event we settled and it's more then she expected. She did not expect any money just healthcare that the adjuster refused to give.
