It's been my store since day one. Day one I found the atmosphere friendly and respectful. I especially like that they have a computer set up for customers to do the back ground check form. No messy paper work to mess with! Everything rolls and they get you done fast - love it! They stand behind their products, stand behind you 110% and you'll never feel like a red headed step child calling back with questions or for help. Perhaps that's because, like myself, they're veterans. I don't know but you feel it right away. I just purchased my third firearm from them, a Walther PPQ .45. I called, came in, and bought it - no hemming and hawing. If Brian was surprised at how fast and decisive I was from phone call to coming in he needn't have been, Next Level has earned my loyalty and trust.
