Yea went there today at 2:00 with a pocket full of cash to buy either a p365 or Shield. One guy in there besides me ,customer talking about his wife. The "salesman '" was eating lunch . No ,hello, " can I help you" , " be right with you" nothing for 10 minutes as I stared at the case. There was a really old guy back there , but he must have died. Great service . I had bought a ruger there a few years ago and wanted to give local business. As I left I got a smarmy " have a nice day boss!" Guess what ? You blew over a $1000 in business, plus I'm sure I would buy lots of accessories and ammo being so close to home. Never go there again. Have a nice lunch moron. Got one , plus 2 cases. 3 boxes of 9mm. A cleaning kit, and a red dot . Oh and a IWB holster. Cabellas actually waits on customers and I saved $150 ! Thanks , glad I waited! Went in today to browse. I didn't have to buy a gun. But after speaking with the very friendly staff I decided I wanted to give them my business. I complete my set of SR22's by buying the green one. Ordered a receiver and some gun parts online and some of them mysteriously "disappeared " when I went to pick them up. Invoice from manufacturer was in the box with all the items that should have been there. These were very hard to find item's. Contacted the shipper and they sent me the missing parts and warned me about shipping there again. read more

Decent prices, not afraid to ship to MA FFL dealers unlike many NH shops, ammo prices are somewhat steep but they usually have a decent supply of used mags to paw through, sometimes you can get a good deal. A whole bunch of EBR accessories, holsters, bows and archery equipment and safes. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable (and not afraid to ask someone else or tell you they don't know if they don't have an answer for you). way over priced. went in to buy a holster and they had it but no price tag on the package and when i asked the salesman how much he told me that he would give me a good deal which ended up being 3 dollars more than msrp. also their ammo is insanely overpriced. anywhere from 2-15 dollars more a box than most local gun shops. guns for sale there are exact if not more than msrp. total ripoff. dont waste your time of money. read more

Hi all, Being a Returning customer For over 2 years today i had a very poor experience regarding stateline. Gene at stateline (the owner) was the most disrespectful person iv ever met in my life. I ordered an extended clip back in November 2011 and called monthly to see when my order was due to come in which I knew the item was on back order. I heard that the clips were in stock about 2 months ago and I hadn't heard from anyone at stateline so About a month ago I called in and was told they were in stock, so I asked why wasn't I informed my order was in, which she couldn't explain. She then apologized and offered a free box of ammo for the hassle which I agreed to and i was told my clip and free box of ammo would be out back with my name on it. Today I arrived and spoke to Gene. Gene grabbed a clip off of the floor shelf and I explained the situation and Gene came back with he's not giving me a free box of ammo. I explained the situation again and said that heather had promised she would take care of it. Gene angrily again said he would not offer me a box of ammo for the hassle. I thanked Gene for his hospitality and left vowing never to have my business return and was able to leave without an apologetic word. I'm not here to look for a hand out.
