Doug Morris has been my insurance agent with Evans Insurance Network for the last year and he called me one day just to tell me he could save me fifty bucks a month by simply switching me to another one of their insurance carriers. How cool is that? I don't have to make the calls to various insurance companies - Doug Morris does it for me!! I'm telling you, there is no better Insurance agent. I saved a hell of a lot more than 15%, more than double that actually. Evans Toyota is a class act organization. I've read some of these reviews on here and it shocks me... Sometimes the only reviews a place gets on this Yelp are negative and in this case, the company services a hundred people every day for a reason - Good People = Good Service. Around 30 minutes into my drive home the vehicle began developing torque bind in the center differential. I took it to a shop that day and they said the center differential was shot, a problem that only shows symptoms once the vehicle has been driven on the road for a few minutes. The shop stated that based on the behavior, it had been this way for some time and that any competent service department should have noticed. I contacted the dealership immedietely and they refused to provide any assistance. Stay far away from here, as its clear they will fail to disclose major mechanical issues for a quick sale. The car was like this while in their posession, and they stated no assistance would be provided because they did not make a profit on the vehicle. Very scummy.
