Someone called the store phone, he picked it up, and instead of him putting it on hold, he helped them while I stood right in front of him. Our vehicle was towed to Simba, they diagnosed the problem, the part was ordered and vehicle was done the next day... WAY earlier than expected! Staff were friendly and answered any questions we had. I'm not 100% sure on what would be charged for this particular issued I looked it up online and this fell within that range... towards the higher end of the range but within the range nonetheless. BONUS, I checked in on Yelp and there was a 10% off labor coupon. That saved us about $40! Like I said, no one LOVES having to service a vehicle but when we have to, we'll be returning Simba Automotive!
