After a good service job this summer, I returned for another job. It began with a check engine light progressing to ac big job. The AC job took two full days. After getting my car, the same day my brake lights went blinking every 2 minutes. My drivers seat side control area was loose. I ended up spending $1500 more at the dealer to correct the problem I didn't have before the AC job was done. I never plan on returning. Logos recently repaired my 2003 Chevy Tahoe front end and performed an alignment during my visit to Pearland from Colorado. A shop in Colorado had "aligned" the front end before I left on the trip but the car pulled to one side the whole way. Logos found it to be very much out of alignment and also replaced tie rod ends and a steering idler, all of which were loose. With the corrections the car tracks straight again and the trip back to Colorado was much more pleasant. Apparently not all shops are capable of properly aligning a vehicle steering system or even assessing it, but Logos definitely is. Great mechanics and great management. read more

I've been taking our cars here for years, and they've always done really good, thorough work. I have an older SUV, and recently had oil leaking from multiple points. They were able to address most of leaks, but the remaining leak would require major work that is beyond what the car is worth. In order to validate their assessment of where the leak was occurring, they did some major work diagnostic work at no cost. They are always honest and trustworthy. This review is a few months late but I wanted to share with people the exceptional service I received here. My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee had its sticker expire over a year earlier because it couldn't pass an inspection due to a problem with the C02 sensor. The dealership I purchased it from said the repair would cost me almost 2 grand when I brought it in for a recall repair because of multiple reasons and that was just too much. I ended up paying almost $400 to have an auto repair shop in the Galleria fix it when they said they could fix the issue by replacing something else and that actually didn't work but they said the charge stayed because they still replaced a different part. I wasn't happy about it but I left it alone. Finally, work had me in Pearland and I remembered a friend recommending Logos as a place with honest, capable mechanics and I decided to see if they could help fix the Jeep so I could finally pass the state inspection. Both Jim and Don were super friendly and after talking to Jim for a while I decided to take a chance and have them take a stab at it. Jim brought Mark around and explained he would be the one to do the work so I showed him the Jeep and explained I just wanted to pass the inspection but I kept failing due to this sensor that the stealership wanted more money to fix than I could afford. Mark took the time to break down the possible issues and why he was going to have to charge me for a diagnostic fee that would allow him to get under the hood and actually get a better sense of what was going on. He was super knowledgeable and also made me extremely comfortable taking a chance on their shop. He told me they'd need the day so he offered to get me a ride home or loan me a loaner car. I took the loaner car and went home. He called me later that evening with an update that they'd have to run more diagnostics and explained why and how much and he clearly wanted me to be comfortable with the expense and not feel like I was getting ripped off so I told him to go ahead and do what he needed to do. I got a call the next day that it was ready so I drove back. Mark told me that it would take me driving the car for a while for the sensors that were reset to go back to normal and so I left and sure enough, when the dashboard came back to normal, I saw that the engine check light that had haunted me for over a year had been addressed. Jim and Mark are clearly honest, competent mechanics and I will be utilizing their shop for both of our vehicles henceforth. And they fixed the problem correctly for like 1/4th of what the dealership wanted! Highly recommend! read more

Was very disappointed, was told I would have to pay a $157 dollar fee to get a diagnosis. Was called and told I needed to paid an additional $257 diagnosis for (yes, that would mean over $400) because they needed more time to figure out what was wrong with it. So I asked them to just change the battery and I would take it to the dealership for them to figure it out. They did not change the battery, once cleaned the cables and I ended up paying about $300 and only got the battery cables cleaned. Would have had to pay over $500 had I let them do the additional diagnosis! RUN!!! read more

They did excellent work on my 2003 Chevy Tahoe and they are very friendly there. A loaner car was even available for me to drive while they were working on it. There is less trial and error parts replacement with shops like Logos that have good mechanics. I referred a friend to them and they also got his car running well again. Very trustworthy. Took a vehicle in for an oil change that was running like a champ....... They broke my oil filler cap .they did come and show me the part and said they were working on getting the remaining pieces out of the engine ... and then they charged me for the replacement part... when i asked about the charge ..as it was not broken when it came in . I did not feel i should not have to pay for it . they refused to refund me the cost of the part. ..... About two hundred miles later the engine went bang .... i of course towed it to another mechanic as it was not running .. a ford certified master mechanic hooked it up to the computers and also took it apart and showed me the damage.. some foreign materials had made its way to the timing chain area and when the timing chain broke.... it bent valves and the engine was totaled... that was the most expensive oil change i have ever done on any vehicle .... read more
