My parents got insurance 3 years ago. My mom passed away last month and when I called to cancel my mom's insurance, I asked about the policies both my parents had. Ms. Cunningham admitted that the dental insurance that my parents paid $250(ish) per month for the last 3 years was WORTHLESS. Then I explained that my dad is a Veteran and I don't think he needs the supplemental she sold them, she agreed! $610 in total per month for 3 years and only the supplemental for my mom was of value to my parents. Dad signed the cancelation and dropped it off but since Ms. Cunningham is working remotely, she didn't file it with Physicians Mutual for 3 weeks which caused my dad to have another $610 deducted from his account. She's then non-responsive to my inquiries and when she finally calls me back (after I've already handled it directly with Physicians Mutual) - she says it's a "courtesy" and there's nothing she can do about the remaining $275 that I couldn't get PM to return to my dad. Absolutely HORRIBLE service and I feel she took advantage of an elderly couple for 3 years!!! I generally do not give negative reviews but Ms. Cunningham deserves this one. read more
