He apologized again and finally showed up with the wrong lights. We agreed to install it anyway on a couple of them. He then said he has to go to another call and left. I realized I had lights that would work and called him. He said he already left and will call me back. He never did. Never came back nor contacted me. And one of the lights he mounted fell down a couple of weeks later. How this guy is in business is a complete surprise to me.
