He is a fair and honest businessman who I would recommend to anyone. His price is better than expected for how quickly he responded and fixed the problem. It's really hard to find exceptional people like Tony. He will be my go to locksmith for the future!

Handyman went the next day to pick it up and it was not ready, handyman asked when it might be ready and was told they had trucks out back and my door was the least of his worries. I don't know what they had to "get ready". I was literally sold a damaged door that had a 2024 sticker on it. Unfortunately my handyman thought I was aware of the damage and installed the door he received.

Completed a crawl space encapsulation for us and did a terrible job. The vents were not closed off…read moreand he set the dehumidifier below the level of the drain so the crawlspace flooded. The work was not completed by Knox County code at all and it looked like a child did the work. Cost $4,300.00 to fix his mistake in less than one year. I sent a few texts asking when we could meet to sign the contract and get the down payment to him. After a couple texts he replied he would suggest someone else take care of this project. I wish he has told me this earlier so I could have gone with someone else and that is what I told him. He then responded that I was mentally unstable, and he would not get into a contract with me. Maybe if you have been thru breast cancer and then taking care of your elderly parents you might have some compassion towards others.
