Another gave me an estimate without measuring the window, he "eyeballed" the measurements. I called Javier, he actually answered and told me he would be there within an hour. He gave me a detailed account of what needed to be done complete with measurements. Once he was given the go ahead, the window was ordered and installed within a week.
