Disclaimer: I must admit that I'm biased, because I'm not the biggest fan of cupcakes or any dessert, but I get sweet cravings every now and again. I came here a few weeks ago with a LivingSocial deal as I I had a craving for a cupcake. I ordered 2 red velvets and an oreo cookie/chocolate cupcake I believe. It took me a week to eat 2 of the 3. I gave away one of the red velvets. There was nothing wrong with the taste of either flavor, but it doesn't take much to calm my sugar cravings. It took me several days to eat the red velvet as it was very rich. The chocolate cupcake was just so-so. Both were clearly not freshly baked and had been sitting for a bit as it was towards the end of the night when I came in. For $3.50 - $4 per cupcake, I expect around-the-clock freshness. I visited cup love for the first time yesterday. The shop itself seemed questionable; it wasn't cute like other shops I've visited. I consider my self to be a cupcake connoisseur and I take my cupcakes very seriously. The selection seemed very limited and the display added no additional appeal to the cupcakes, but I thought I'd give it a try anyway. The cupcakes were teeny tiny for $2.99, but they tasted pretty good- nothing too exciting. FINALLY. A good frozen yogurt place near the Fells/Canton area! I stumbled upon this place and let me tell you... I am SO glad I did! It is new so it's lagging in business right now but I have a hunch it's going to get huge! It's small but very classily decorated. They have self-serve frozen yogurts and sorbets that looked delicious. My favorite part is you can serve exactly how much and how many flavors you want- and then put as many toppings as you want on top! They weigh it and you pay by lb. They have 20+ toppings, all of which looked great and fresh. And now for the coup de gras- THE CUPCAKES. I took one bite into my Red Velvet cupcake and a little part of me died and went to heaven. It was the lightest, most delicate, moist, cake I have ever had. The frosting was just as wonderful- light but packed with flavor. The cupcakes come in pretty large sizes but the light consistency makes you not feel so awful about eating the whole thing (which you will). Wow though... honestly it was hard for me to walk out without buying the whole stock. The only drawbacks are right now nothing is set in stone- hours, flavors, toppings... but I imagine this will be getting into more of a routine when business picks up. For now just go in with an open attitude if they don't have every flavor they did last time and try something new! read more

The selection of flavors at Cup Love is slim, not a great selection of fruit flavors. There is no reward card. The yogurt seems to melt a bit quicker than most and the flavor doesn't seem to last as long, too. They do have a decent topping selection, again not as much fruit as most yogurt shops. This shop is a quick fix to yogi cravings... but won't satisfy for the long term. read more

I love this place so much. They don't have a super ridiculous amount of cupcake flavors but they have quite a few, and they do them well. I've never had a cupcake from here that I disliked. They are soft, spongey, moist, and packed with flavor. Some are really sweet and some are just sweet enough. My personal favorite is the biscotto butter crunch, but like I said I've liked every cupcake I've gotten from here. Also they're not cheap, but they're not expensive either, and definitely worth the money!! read more

The frozen yogurt was more melted than it should have been. Not a lot of flavors and half of their flavors weren't that good. No price or menu anywhere visible. The frozen yogurt was 60 cents per ounce which is more expensive than other places. Other than that, some of their other flavors like caramel and coconut were good. Toppings were good. Their cupcakes looked excellent. I might go back there again just to try the cupcakes. read more

I hope the owners see this! I called up to place a large order for 30+ cupcakes for pickup in 2 days. Simple huh! NO- not all all because of Cup Love's ill trained staff- which cost them a large sale and future large sales. Train your employees.. make sure that they can use a calculator- the credit card machine and that they actually know what flavors you carry! Was on the phone for about 15 minutes with a young lady who could not count to 30 to save her life- after repeating to her"go get a calculator" she continued to count in her head, got 18 the first time, 23 the next then a few tries later we got to 30... I was banging my head against the wall the entire time- PURE TORTURE! Tried to ask for a small message or extra little topping for one cupcake - that was a waste of breath- the girl was lost- So then we went to the credit card info over the phone.. Well she could not figure it out.. Then asked if i could pay when i picked up. Because I was asking a friend to pick up I did not want to do that... Then just as I was about to settle for this the young girl asked" Can I call you back tomorrow to see if the owners can even bake this many cupcakes" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? CANCEL THE ORDER!!! I am going to Charm City cupcakes- they taste horrible there but can at least take an order! This place is absolutely adorable! I've had their cupcakes before and they're rich in flavor and decorated in the most minimalistic cute way! Today I tried their frozen yogurt and it's honestly so delicious! I tried their toasted marshmallow, cake batter, chocolate, and country vanilla flavors. All had a great taste that didn't seem artificial unlike other frozen yogurt shops. One of the main things that earned this shop 5 stars, was their use of biodegradable cups! This is such a cute little frozen yogurt place right in the heart of Canton. I took my 1 year old here to meet up with his Grandparents on a Saturday night. It was pretty empty at 7:00. They had my favorite flavor, Dulce de Leche, which did not disappoint. The flavor toppings are limited but looked clean and fresh. My Dad loved his Tart yogurt made from Fage Greek yogurt. I also brought a banana toffee cupcake home to share with my hubby. The cupcake tasted more like a banana muffin, but it was ok. I would go back for more yogurt, but skip the cupcake. read more

The cupcakes were really good. I had the chocolate peanut butter and my friend have the Oreo lotus. I'm not giving it more than 3 stars though because of the customer service. I didn't receive bad customer service, but I witnessed something that I absolutely cannot believe. A couple from out of town (I'm assuming England based on their accents) was waiting for something (I'm not sure what) and they had apparently been waiting a long time. The owner/woman who was baking/decorating the cupcakes asked them if they would like to get a cupcake instead and told them it would only be $1.50 more. They couple said no, reluctantly, and continued to wait. The woman/owner told them it would only be a couple more minutes. The out of town couple then asked for a refund, but was denied. The owner said, "Well, restrooms are really only for customers." I was shocked. So my friend and I have come up with two scenarios. 1) The couple came in and asked to use the bathroom. The owner said the bathroom was only for paying customers, so they bought something (I've decided that it was tea) so that they could use the bathroom. 2) The couple came in for some tea, used the bathroom while they were waiting, and then asked for a refund but was denied because they used said bathroom. Over all- the cupcakes were good, but don't ask to use the restroom unless you plan on paying. read more

This is a combo cupcake and froyo place. It is also one of the only dessert places in Canton. The quality of the cupcakes are pretty good, but they are a bit over priced. The froyo bar is also a bit limited and pricey. They do have a great looking place and the doors open up to the outside so you can get the outside air on a warm day. read more

Cup Love is a great local fro-yo spot in Canton square. Get some fro-yo or a cupcake and hang in the square and people watch. There is not a huge selection of flavors which is fine for me because I'm all about plain yogurt and loading up with toppings ha. Some of their flavors are a little icey for me which is one of my overall complaints about fro-yo itself. I like creamier fro-yo and typically go for their vanilla since that's always a good texture for me. There is a large selection of toppings and they are typically pretty fresh. The cupcake display is awesome and every time we go in we contemplate getting a cupcake instead of fro-yo. I always give them out for birthdays or special occasions. What is not to love about cup love. The coffee is rich and hot (don't spill it). The cupcakes are out of this world. I am not crazy about the over priced yogurt deal thing they do but it is smart. Their flourless chocolate cupcake is perfection. The peanut butter chocolate cupcake is one of the best. I hope they start making different kinds . . . more than they usually have. Yogurt is delicious, lots of topping but not always filled. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Very clean inside and cute atmosphere. One minor problem is that the cupcakes are sometimes not moist. The icing is always delicious but the cake part is sometimes stale so you kind of take a chance with the cupcakes.
