The only negative is that some people feel that they can park in front while using facilities & are not told to move their cars. Well, that was a super convenient find after putting all my clothes in the machines and pouring my expensive ass detergent on my clothes AND in the machine... for it to not work at all!!! So then, I searched high and low for cash, I had $5 only and 3 loads of clothes. So, I washed one load that already had bleach in it... the rest of my clothes went back into my laundry bag WET from detergent and the wet ass washing machine!!!!!! I contact the owners... no answers!!! Three different numbers and no answers!!! I sent a text... the response was so unprofessional and lackluster that I am definitely never coming back here!!! Again, I hate poor customer service! You'll never get my money again!! All the time, you'll have to dry your clothes SEVERAL times because the dryers don't work well at all! Most of the washing machines have sitting water, mold and debris inside of them. I don't care if it's independently owned or family owned or whatever... you would have no business without customers!!! My laundry dry time is about 30m. At other places, sometimes it takes FOREVER. I guess it's because they take great care of their machines.
