It is great and saves you the hassle of getting a laundry card you may never use again. Patrons are generally mask wearing so no worries there. The prices for washing are reasonable and the machines are well maintained. I found for drying it is a bit pricey (6 minutes/25 cents) but they do dry quickly. I would recommend coming here, though not too late because it can get deserted at times and it's not well lit. Though there are cameras around it's not the safest after 11, IMO.

They got it perfectly cleaned, deodorized and it stayed that way too. No slow creeping stank. It stayed nice and fresh. They're not cheap but they're not expensive. I believe they use a greener, more humane and less toxic cleaning method. I know my clothes do not return reeking of cleaning fluid. Big plus is they're really lovely people.

My husband and I have done some testing and found that the bags come out to a little under twice as much cost as doing the laundry ourselves at the laundromat. It depends, though, if that time is worth it to you. It is to us. ONLINE ORDERING: They have a nice online ordering system. You can specify days/times and locations for pick-up/drop-off. On that first menu, they also have additional services for around $4-$6 fees such as stain removal, special delicate wash, same-day service and other things I've apparently never used because I can't think of them. SERVICE: Service has been prompt. Clothes has been delivered well-folded, although packed in a plastic bag rather than a paper bag (so things do get wrinkled) and nothing lost as of yet. I order the unattended drop-off/pick-up and I like that I get email notifications when that has happened. Great customer service. This was my first visit. I was warmly greeted. I had 2 king size blankets…read moreand 5 heavy throw rugs that had never been washed. The lady helped me decide which and what size washers to use. Then she helped me set the temp and rinse selection, finishing with using my credit card. I really like using my cc and not having to mess with change to feed into the machines. I noted the time and returned to do the drying. The owner greeted me and helped me decide which dryers to use for my heavy loads. She helped me decide how much time and temperature I needed as I was not familiar with the machines. I returned after about 1/2 hr. Everything was complete and clean and dry. The premises was clean and I saw the owner cleaning up the machines and removing the lint. I will be returning when I need to clean my blankets and throw rugs (I have washer/dryer at home for our clothes). I definitely recommend this business. In the past I've been to other places and this business is first rate.
