It took me a while to write a negative review because of the ONE nice young lady that I met the first time I came here. However, I don't care anymore, I'm not giving these people anymore money after the terrible fucking shit show I just had to endure today!!! First of all, FIX THE MACHINES!!!!! CLEAN THE PLACE!!!! Apparently, the owners are vacationing in Maine while the laundry mat is operated and supervised by the fucking community who has to use this piss poor facility!!! I normally do full service, but ever since the girl who does full service has not responded to my messages or returned my texts in 2 weeks, so I am washing things myself. Last week, a cigarette butt in my dry clothes!! (NO, I DO NOT SMOKE) This week, apparently the machines are OFFLINE, so you cannot use your credit card. Well, that was a super convenient find after putting all my clothes in the machines and pouring my expensive ass detergent on my clothes AND in the machine... for it to not work at all!!! So then, I searched high and low for cash, I had $5 only and 3 loads of clothes. So, I washed one load that already had bleach in it... the rest of my clothes went back into my laundry bag WET from detergent and the wet ass washing machine!!!!!! I contact the owners... no answers!!! Three different numbers and no answers!!! I sent a text... the response was so unprofessional and lackluster that I am definitely never coming back here!!! Again, I hate poor customer service! You'll never get my money again!! All the time, you'll have to dry your clothes SEVERAL times because the dryers don't work well at all! Most of the washing machines have sitting water, mold and debris inside of them. I don't care if it's independently owned or family owned or whatever... you would have no business without customers!!! The lady helped me decide which and what size washers to use. Then she helped me set the temp and rinse selection, finishing with using my credit card. I really like using my cc and not having to mess with change to feed into the machines. I noted the time and returned to do the drying. The owner greeted me and helped me decide which dryers to use for my heavy loads. She helped me decide how much time and temperature I needed as I was not familiar with the machines. I returned after about 1/2 hr. Everything was complete and clean and dry. The premises was clean and I saw the owner cleaning up the machines and removing the lint. I will be returning when I need to clean my blankets and throw rugs (I have washer/dryer at home for our clothes). I definitely recommend this business. The good thing about this place, aside from the fact it is open 24 hours, is that it is coin op OR you use Apple or Google pay on your phone, instead of a card, via the QR reader. It is great and saves you the hassle of getting a laundry card you may never use again. Patrons are generally mask wearing so no worries there. The prices for washing are reasonable and the machines are well maintained. I found for drying it is a bit pricey (6 minutes/25 cents) but they do dry quickly. I would recommend coming here, though not too late because it can get deserted at times and it's not well lit. Though there are cameras around it's not the safest after 11, IMO.

My laundry dry time is about 30m. At other places, sometimes it takes FOREVER. I guess it's because they take great care of their machines. Sal, the older Italian guy who's always there, will instantly become your best friend and talk your ear off. I have a washer and dryer at home for doing the routine stuff, but I bring my big stuff like bedding and towels, and really stinky stuff like my dog's blankets, because the industrial machines just get things cleaner quicker.
