Dropped by this dispensary for the first time to stock up on their 420 specials. The deals were dealing and the staff was fantastic but I am not a fan of how Curelife runs their business. The tree stars I'm giving are solely on the employees great service and the deals available. They are the two things that this dispensary does right! Austin waited on me. There were a lot of great sales and special add ons for $4.20 based on how much you spent. I've attached photos of the deals and add ons. The facility itself is nice, but they have an issue with their address in GPS. I tried Apple and Google maps and finally had to call after driving in circles for 30 minutes. They are aware of the GPS issue, I would think they would try to resolve this. They are located across the street from Wendy's and in the same parking lot as Window World. Do yourself a favor and use those addresses instead. Once inside I was directed to use their kiosk to order. This is the first time I've ever had to use a kiosk in a dispensary instead of ordering from a person. I'm fine with technology making things easier but their kiosk is aweful, and they all know this! You put things in your cart and they disappear. It's not user friendly. I tried multiple times before the Austin just took my order. The staff also informed me that in the next month they will be upgrading their kiosk system. Personally I think they should just do away with them. If I return I'll order ahead of time online now that I'm an established patient. Upon the advice of Austin I tried their brand of pod vapes, Briq. Austin was kind enough to give me a little tutorial on how they work and some usage tips. There is a blow hole built into the pod which I've never seen before. I also really like the blue color and the size of the pod. I'm looking forward to trying it. I inquired about a birthday discount and it's not advertised anywhere I looked but I got an extra $10 off some already great deals! They also were doing double points so I have a nice credit if I return in 90 days. It expires after that. Something that Curelife offers that I haven't seen elsewhere is onsite medical renewals for $50. That's a great price! read more

I always have a great experience at this location. The staff is seriously awesome every time I walk in. When I was new to the dispensary, they were super patient and took the time to explain everything -- different flower types, what each one was good for, and helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for. I never feel rushed, and they're always happy to answer questions. I also have to shout out how they never let me miss a special going on. read more

Horrible experience and won't ever come back to ANY Curaleaf. Have had my medical card for 2 years and have been to a dozen local dispensaries on over 100 visits without any problem until today. They sold me a defective $100 product which iI realized in my car in the aprkimg and immediately went back in. The manager then told me to call the manufacturer for a replacement as they don't do refunds OR exchanges of any kind. They would not refund money or offer a replacement even though I literally purchased the item 4 mins earlier and then they had the nerve to get mad at me for wanting normal, expected retail customer service. There are so many Wonderful dispensaries in the area like ReStore, and many others why go through a horrible customer experience with employees who all have attitudes. read more

Husband reserved his selection online, went to store to purchase, because you can't purchase online. Once there he picked up and paid for his $400 order. Guy at counter didn't know how to use the EvolvePlus so told him to just go look at YouTube to figure it out. Husband came home and realized that he didn't purchase the items he thought he was trying to get. So swiftly turned around and went back to store. As soon as he entered, was met with complete attitude that they don't do exchanges from online purchases, which isn't a purchase online just a reservation of items, and pretty much that he is SOL even though he was just in store 15min prior. Where to even start. The website is a complete joke. Nothing works properly. You can't filter without the whole website getting ready to crash. It's a horrible design layout. Out of everything you could come up with, this is what you guys put out on a website. 3 different days I tried to use it because I work right next to a Curaleaf. They literally have missed out on over $500 worth of product all because there website doesn't work. Sorry curaleaf. Maybe one day you be as decent as Ethos, Vytal, or even AYR.
