Great place friendly helpful staff very clean spa like drinks and cookies as you wait. Takes about 10-30 mins to get to the back where you place your order or you can also place a order online. I do this If I can't make it until later and I know they will be sold out of the item by the time I get there. I just wish they would pick the orders as they come in because they did have the item In stock at my time of ordering and then get there and it's sold out and not in my bag sometimes. :/ but killer place and good selection of flower and concentrates a little pricy but give me Quality selection and convenience over quantity any day. read more

It was my first visit to TerraVida. Plenty of parking in back but when I arrived it was a little full. Greeted by security and 2 Receptionist they were very friendly. Since it was my first visit to this dispensary I had to fill out the usual paperwork and realized that I had just missed the rush. Rob was my Bud Tender and was very knowledgeable and friendly I felt like I could hang out there all day. Will definitely return when I'm in the area. I also noticed some cartridge prices @Terravida were cheaper than the two local dispensaries in Lower Bucks County that I visit regularly so it might be worth the extra drive. used to be a great place until staff changed and covid hit. curbside policies change from staff member to staff member and have waited upwards of 90 minutes for orders placed hours ahead of time. was very very loyal to this place when they first opened. my order was for 4:30pm, got there a few minutes behind schedule because i know they always take an hour to bring my order out anyway and i was delayed..get there..park in curbside, they take my money and go inside..literally next to my order and don't bring it out to tell me to come inside to get it...instead of just telling me "for next time blah blah blah". i've spent thousands of $ here over the years and have tried this whole summer to be patient until they figured it out..but when i went inside to express my frustration i was told it's because they're too busy and other places don't have it like them ..not for long! read more

It's a great location for me and many. I went on opening day and they had complimentary valet. Their parking situation is rough. It's my understanding that the immediate community is not friendly to the cannabis dispensary yet. Bub's Insurance across the street had on their sign that pot was across the street from them and that Bub's had munchies. Why? The security is really great and the setup on the inside is really nice! I appreciated how much variety they offered. WARNING: THEY ARE CASH ONLY! Additional WARNING: The room where products are sold is a very, very loud room. They have no carpets or noise-reduction factored into their design. That makes the transaction process very difficult as it is so hard to hear the merchant and even yourself. There is a menu online and that same menu is in the facility. But there isn't much information on the differences between each product. For example, if I have horrible arthritis, back pain or fibromyalgia...which is best for me and why? Their explanations in-person aren't the best. They need to provide more literature. Since a lot of the staff has experienced the food products, why are they not writing reviews of their experiences? BUYERS BEWARE? What happens if a product isn't working? No mention of that at all. My caregiver had picked up a vaping pen and it didn't come with instructions and didn't come with a box. I feel at the mercy of the merchant and my caregiver. It can feel very uncomfortable when in the room when purchasing or as a homebound customer because what I walk away with is a poor experience that is expensive. TerraVida needs to be truly holistic in their approach to selling. How are customers with memory issues able to educate themselves on their products? Tip: After you have met with a nurse/practitioner & advise what dosage & in what form. YOU MUST PAY CASH. THEY have an ATM in the room where you purchase product. THAT ROOM IS EXTREMELY NOISY & YOU OFTEN MAY FEEL RUSHED. If anyone shares in the opinion that this room is too loud, please convey this to your representative. I don't know if they will convey it to management. The staff agrees that the room is loud and a carpet, drapes, and any noise absorption materials would be a smart start. read more

Just left here after my first visit to a Pennsylvania dispensary. Place was very spa like , very clean and bright. Found out it's only been open a week . On the first visit you have to meet with a medical professional to go over dosage and what medicine is best for you. We had the pleasure of getting Lindsay, she was the best . She was knowledge , funny and courteous. Couldn't have asked for a better person to help us figure out what we needed. The consult takes about 15-20 minutes and then it's on to the dispensary... Once a bud tender calls your name you go in the back to pick your medicine out. Rob was my bud tender and he couldn't have been nicer , he was knowledge and tried to make sure I got what I needed. Definitely helps when you aren't sure what you needed. So shot out to rob for his patience. Honestly , this in new to Pennsylvania so it's not a well oiled machine yet. Supplies are limited and pricing isn't great . All that will change in due time as i was told flower will be introduced sometime this summer. I'm just glad I can have access to medicine legally. My advice is to be patient And understand that it's gonna take time to get this program to where we all want it to be . This location is amazing and I can't wait to go back .. even the security (don) is friendly and courteous to. Parking is weird but they offer free valet parking . Definitely check this place out. Update : Had an issue with one of the products , I was worried they would give me a hard time and I got the complete opposite. They exchanged my product no questions asked. I'm very impressed with their customer service . Even if a dispensary that's closer to my house opens I'm still coming to this location .. couldn't be happier . read more

This has not been my experience during the Pandemic when so many of us have really stepped up to the plate and are trying hard to offer their personal best. Not this place. As I approached the entrance to TerraVida yesterday the door was blocked by their security guard who barked out: "You need a medical marijuana card to get in here". I knew that and I had one. With difficulty I ignored the caveman posturing ( I've seen it many times) and I presented it to him. He regarded it with some suspicion and asked me in the nastiest possible tone if I had been there before. I told him no. He told me he needed to "see some ID". Leaving me and the person who accompanied me standing outside the door he announced that he (with my license) was going to get the manager. It got worse....A whole lot worse. The guard literally screamed at my friend: "You can't come in here"! And having grown tired of the southern sheriff routine, my friend reacted. Compliance with rules and policies was never the point, the problem was the obvious disrespect, the unwarranted suspicion, the ugly demeanor, the outdoor interrogation and the barely concealed contempt. Nothing on the website indicated that I would be processed on the sidewalk and embarrassed beyond comprehension. Convicted pedophiles are given more consideration than I was shown. The entire experience was rather like a police stop but without the car. I am a patient, not a perpetrator. Never even got inside the place. I don't really care much what the mission statement reads. My GPS says Abington but the man at the door says Alabama. read more

This dispensary lacks customer service skills and you notice it from the time you walk in the door. The receptionist will not even greet you and continue to do her administrative tasks while not even acknowledging that you're there waiting for your ID to get scanned. It's truly sad. I've been going to Terravida for months now, since April of this Year, and as a whole, I Immensely Love Terravida Abington, and every experience in the past meaning at least 30 times I've went has been Great, very Peaceful, Friendly, Employees knowing their stuff, being helpful, being on-point, answering anything & its been Great. The Product on Hand is Incredible, the Variety is Great & again, normally I'd rate Terravida Abington a 5/5 Stars. However....yesterday I went to Terravida &...the Experience I had was the Absolute WORST to the point where I couldn't even imagine it being worse..so the 1/5 stars is just from yesterday. plz read & understand why it was such a TERRIBLE Experience on many, MANY fronts: So, I used to order from Terravida & got stuff delivered & that was great. Now there's no longer deliveries which is understandable. At the time, I got into the habit of placing Online Preorders. Those Preorders were GREAT because, just like on Amazon or any other website, once the preorder was placed, it would be put on Steady Hold for Myself, so I'd know Exactly what I'm getting & don't have to worry about them giving my preorder to someone else, in other words "Any Preorders are Guaranteed to be put on Hold for Myself &/or any Customer who'd placed it". Also, I placed the Preorder over 3 hours in advance too, which makes it even worse. What happened yesterday...it was the Absolute Opposite & was a truly HORRENDOUS experience: I put 4 items on preorder, 2 Cherry Diesel Flower 8ths, 1 Kush Mintz 8th (Grand Reserve iirc which was over 34% THC) & 1 Kush Mintz Budder Concentrate. When I arrived & was called in, Budtender was looking at my order and told me "Sorry the Kush Mintz Dry Herb & Kush Mintz Concentrate aren't in stock we have none left" So...in my head I was boggled...this was a PREORDER, I'd done Many, Many times, the entire point & purpose of a preorder is the things I ordered get put on a Hold, specifically for me, then at the Dispensary I pay for all of it. I explained that to him, but excuses, Zero Empathy, failure to listen to the concept of "Preorder is a guarantee on a product" and wasn't listening to me, but what's even worse, when I asked for help, support, and some type of compensation for completely stiffing me on a Legitimately preordered 2 items. 0 empathy, help, support, compensation or anything was given & none was offered or attempted at all. I wasn't asking for anything large, but given the situation, something to show humanity & understanding how much I've been wronged elicited 0 Reactions & Help from them. I'm Very Very Upset, about this, both the preorders "Magically Disappearing" & their attitude towards me in regards to this Foul Play Situation which happened to me. The 2nd thing which was HORRENDOUS, so I was called in, my Budtender was talking to me. There was also a Shorter white guy standing next to him..I don't know who he was. But that guy was VERY VERY Rude, extremely unhelpful to me, very abrasive to me, and also completely didn't listen to me, try to relate to me (on that ^ awful situation) & more. Here's what happened. I got 2 Cherry Diesels. Then the Kush Mintz Bud & Kush Mintz Concentrate were out of stock. I told him, & he said "I can't do anything", I asked for help, support, some compensation & even a manager to help me out, & he completely brushed it off & said there's no way for them to help me. He completely treated me like a #, instead of treating me like a human being & being a decent human to me. At the time, I hadn't done research on alternatives (I was 100% convinced I'd get 2 Cherry Diesel, 1 Kush Mintz Bud & 1 Kush Mintz Concentrate) & I needed to decide on 2 items, instead of the 2 items which I was completely FINESSED out of. So I went on my phone, I had to look at my points, as I had to know how much pts I had (2 times before, the points were mistakenly not added). I also had to look through the menu, as I looked previously, had several alt's in mind, but had to look thru them. Last I wanted to take a picture of the new Flyer about "10% for ppl who're on SSI". Now...that shorter white guy, was Super Rude, Abrasive, not listening to me & not trying to understand me. He asked what I was doing on my phone, & I said "I need to check points, look at several strains, since you guys royally screwed me over on 2 things I had PRE-ORDERED & I need to take a pic of the SSI Brochure" the dude kept saying "You need to put your phone away, you need to put your phone away" even when he knew why I had to use it. I respect policy, but never have been treated this rudely & unhumanly ever at Terravida. I had to use the bathroom & told my budtender he said "Okay sure thing"..while the Shorter White Guy told him "Don't Let him Do that, don't let him go to bathroom. Check him out first!" even tho..I didn't have all of my products ready, & I had to decide on the 2 replacements 4 Kush Mintz, also had to use bathroom. This used to be my absolute favorite dispensary for the first year they opened, everyone was so hard working and so kind to the customers, BUT NOW it seems they changed staff completely to younger people that definitely do not work as hard and who aren't helpful at all. I have asked for recommendations multiple times and they have told me things to buy at the highest price which didn't make any sense for what I needed. Online ordering NEVER works or is updated either so there's no point in even trying to use it. As someone with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder I truly don't think I can come here anymore even though I have been an extremely loyal costumer since they opened up because every time I go it never goes smoothly. I have visited the Sellersville location 3 times now and each time has been a flawless experience. On your first visit you will have a consultation to discuss your needs, it's best to call and set up your consultation to reduce waiting time just walking in, you will also need your patient card and a second form of ID, after that you will only need your patient card. The staff that I have dealt with so far have all been very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Flower sells out the fastest so I would recommend signing up for text alerts when they receive new product. They have a pretty wide selection and are certain to something pertaining to your needs also they offer online ordering for a specific pick up time. Place is set up very nice and everyone is extremely friendly. After having a bad experience at Restore, after going to them for almost a year, I decided to switch it up. Herbology is good but their list isnt as extensive as Terravida. Now it's a little out of the way but it was well worth the 30+min drive from philly city and stocking up on my goods. My saleperson was very friendly lady, so were the pharmacy consults. I actually came to this location by accident and meant to go to Malvern but really am glad I made it here! I have had more than a few bad experiences here, everything from ordering online and getting a text that my order was ready and when I got there they no longer had what I ordered, they have forgotten to put my receipt in my bag a few times and put labels on my products, and their staff is very young and not very helpful, I have gotten multiple bad recommendations on products to buy there. They also don't offer any kind of rewards system to their customers like others do, and when you ask them about it they are not very nice about it. The line is always huge and the wait is always long. If you have transportation and can go elsewhere I would recommend Restore Doylestown or Mission Allentown they are much better, if you have no other choice I don't recommend ordering online, just go in and hope they still have what you want and expect a sub par experience so you won't be disappointed. read more
