He placed a prescription order around 8:28 PM and was informed it would be ready within 5-15 minutes. He arrived at the door at 8:58 PM, well before the listed 9:00 PM closing time. Despite this, staff inside refused to open the door. When I called to ask what was going on, the woman who answered said, "I close at 8:59 and 30 seconds. I didn't see him." She then added, "I'm management, and I have the discretion to close when I feel like it." My partner is a disabled military veteran who relies on this medication. We explained that he would now have to travel an hour away to obtain it that night -- and even after hearing that, she showed no empathy, no compassion, and no willingness to assist. To deny service to a disabled person (and person of color) who arrived before closing, while citing "personal discretion," raises serious ethical and legal concerns. This behavior contradicts what any compassionate, law-abiding, and community-serving business should stand for -- especially one operating in a field built on accessibility and care for vulnerable groups. We will be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau and state oversight for further review. No veteran or patient should ever experience such treatment when seeking necessary medication.

The normal fee out the door for this can cost someone up to $250 but canna care covers the doctor fee for certain veterans and leaves them only having to pay the state fee of $50 I know I am forever grateful for their support and generosity towards so many veterans. We will forever have their back and are thankful they are in the community. The office is really nice and the staff is incredibly friendly.
