I would actually rate them a negative 5 if this site allowed me to. I spent $90 on a cart and when I got home it didn't work.... at first I was told they couldn't replace it without the label which I then produced for them a minute later to which they then said it was "against their policy ". This place is trash !!!!!!!!!! Selling people expensive products that DONT WORK and then not replacing it a DAY later. I will take my business else where from now on! read more

Our company recently relocated to Lansdale, right on Valley Forge Road. I heard of Vytal and called and the woman on the phone was very sweet, cheery, and informative. She told me I could order online or just stop by (they had just opened themselves). I've had my card for several years now, but for no apparent reason, I had an anxiety attack upon entering the facility. I was embarrassed and had to step away while ordering to find a lonely corner to breathe and talk myself down. The staff was SO helpful and compassionate without making it into a big event, which I will forever appreciate. I was blown away and have nothing but positive feedback.
