She not only solved the heaters and blanket asks but also added so many details that I would never have thought of. Baskets to hold the blankets. Blankets tied with twine. Additional black napkins in case someone was wearing a dark outfit. Found local wines and beers. Just extremely thoughtful in everything she did. My event was not big or expensive. I did not receive the contract, therefore I left many voicemails and emails trying to figure out what was going on. I was repeatedly blown off, so much so that at one point someone answered the phone and then hung up on me! I think that this company scams people and they are not legitimate. I was incredibly disappointed with the service and thought very little of everyone at the company. STEER CLEAR.

When we challenged her to personalize our wedding to our tastes, she quoted us an increased price, which we agreed to, and we still only received a "mood board" with images that we had previously sent to Elise. As the wedding got closer, her support dwindled and we heard from Elise less and less, leading up to Elise walking away from our wedding the week before it took place (with all of our money). Our team of wedding vendors were shocked at how poorly we had been treated and asked us to let others know. If you want a rinse and repeat wedding, you could consider hiring Elise, but I would highly encourage you to look elsewhere and hire a planner that genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience based on what you dream of, instead of recycling what Elise has taken credit for in the past.
