Bingo Loco. A new inspired version of bingo. The lights, DJ, set, setting, and staff are all great. They don't serve food. The drinks are pricey for what they are. The reason I gave it 3 stars is the structure of the game. The first game each bingo set continues through a few rounds and the same people kept winning. The next few games were only one or two winners then it ended way too short and didn't feel like everyone had an equal shot. I would go back. I enjoyed sitting on the top floor away from the speakers so we could talk and hear ourselves think. The downfall is if you win you need to quickly get to the stage to win. read more

I was asked to leave by a staff member (Fiona) even though I didn't have anything on me and wasn't causing any issues. The interaction felt abrupt and the tone came across as unnecessarily harsh, which made the situation more frustrating than it needed to be. I completely understand venues have to enforce policies, but I wish this had been handled with more professionalism and clearer communication. Being escorted out when there didn't seem to be a clear reason was honestly upsetting. Holy mother of overpriced drinks, this place was not worth it. They had a cool section for artists that was nice, but the music was awful and the drinks were NOT worth the $50 we spent on three (3) shots. Good thing the bartenders were charming otherwise I would've been fuming. read more

Went out to Temple for their over 30 party, which is specifically for people over 30 who need to go to bed by 9pm lol. It was a good experience as I was dealing with crowds who were over 30 so it felt no nonsense to me. It was actually kinda nice to party at 5 and finished by 9pm. The club itself has 3 floors and bars in several rooms. The price of the drinks a bit high but overall it was nice vibe and I appreciate their effort to allow this to happen for those who cannot stay up too late! read more

I went to see Nic Vansteenberghe which was the busiest I have ever seen the place. The crowd was making us worried about how difficult it would be to buy drinks, but our bartender (Tyler) was very prompt and immediately took our order the moment he saw us walk up. Day Shift party event. $25 entrance fee. Filled with 90% women. It was 91 degrees out and no AC. Total scam. Since we paid online we felt like we had to walk in. It wreaked of sweat and BO like a dirty gym. People were glazed in dripping sweat. It was disgusting. Two soda club sodas were $32. They did make them strong so that was a plus. Sound system is great. Could not stand the smell and heat so we stayed 15 min at best. I recommend calling to verify if they have AC if you ever plan on going here. read more

I went to the Weska show at Temple and this show restored my faith in a techno concerts.

Last night was my first time at Temple and I was super excited to see SNBRN with my people. Many of us flew in to just to be together and dance to a DJ we've loved for years. Everything was going great until our experience was ruined by the actions of one security guard. Two guards approached us and told us we had to move. One began to explain when we asked why (we had been at that spot for hours) but the other guard immediately became aggressive, pushing us, yelling, and even grabbed my friend's purses and threw it at her. We were shocked as we had done nothing to warrant being treated this way. We later found out a table near us was purchased, which we completely understand. Having worked in hospitality in LA and Vegas we know tables take priority. But in every professional venue, security explains the situation respectfully and asks guests to move, without aggression, yelling or physical force. I saw him before knowing this and approached him, calmly asking why we had to move, he then told me "A $1000 table was bought, I don't have to explain to you. Fuck you." He then put his hand in my face as he shoved past me. I was so startled I dropped my water bottle. He turned around, wrapped his arm under me, and told me I was "out of here" as he manhandled me towards the exit. Other security thankfully stepped in and stopped him. I have never experienced an employee physically putting their hands on me like that without cause and multiple times. It was deeply concerning to see a security guard lose control so quickly and aggressively. His behavior toward me, as a woman, and to my group in general was completely unacceptable. Honestly, I was left wondering if he was under the influence because his actions were so erratic and impulsive. Upper management had to get involved because of how extreme the situation became. I later learned the guard's name is Neil. He is tall, young Latino man who worked in a backwards hat and earrings. For the sake of safety I would strongly caution any woman who visits Temple to avoid interacting with this guard. No guest should ever have to worry about being pushed, cursed at, or manhandled by security staff. read more

Very cool venue, but unfortunately they're fine with employing a guard/host who thinks it's acceptable to put his hands on women and yell profanities at them because he was proud of himself for selling a table and needed us to move out of the area. It really wasn't that serious. Hope his cut from that table was worth it. To be fair, the rest of the staff was excellent, from door security to the bartenders. Hopefully Neil figures out how to use some tact before he ruins the experience for more people. read more

Denver without Temple is not the same. Good news! They're back and in a new way! They reinvented themselves as a restaurant spot. Good music with great DJ's are back! But-- no dancing allowed. COVID BE GONE! They offer brunch from noon to four. I had the chance to try their brunch menu which was held in the Mirus Gallery area. Roped off for each guest. I had the Stacker. #14. What's memorable with this dish? The bacon. It was so thick! Two fried eggs , hash browns, fresh whipped cream. This is a dish I'll go back to. This was definitely my favorite! The other dish was the Temple Burger $16. Done right and pLaced between two brioche bread...all is well. For our appetizers we had the following: Pork belly For drinks. I had the bottomless mimosa. $20. At night Temple is the place to dine and just be surrounded by good beats. Hence Dine and Disco! All three floors will be turned into a restaurant. The main dance floor will fit about 7 tables. So good music. Tasty food. Great staff. I'll take what I can! read more

Missing the sweet sound of club sounds and can't wait till clubs open back up? Well Temple club has something that will remedy that yearn for music. Sure you won't be dancing the night away with your smashed friends, but this arrangement of music, food and drinks will have to suffice for now. You can still get smashed though... We visited for brunch and the food was pretty good, drinks were stiff and the music was Temple style with a live DJ. The brunch is held in the brighter side area of the club with art throughout. In the evening they offer the same menu on the three level dark side of the club. Their venue and food is tailored towards the crowd that loves dance music and can't wait for the pandemic to fade. The service was top notch with pleasing waitresses that were attentive. I ordered the Brunch Burger which was PHAT and tasty. Imagine a traditional breakfast jammed between two buns including the hash browns. The double thick bacon was nice and crispy. Great selection of drinks and all you can handle mimosas for $20. Overall a great place to enjoy some food, drinks and a DJ. Sorry no dancing allowed per Demeter regulations...no comment. This place could be so fun, but it's a hard pass unfortunately. We bought tickets to Benny benassi, where he played 3 songs at almost last call according to those we were with. This wasn't the worst part; the strongest sewage smell in the world began spreading throughout the venue, to the point we had to leave around midnight. The service was pretty good but unless you have a big table and VIP service, it's just not fun. They do not serve any food to my knowledge but I think there are food trucks around. read more

Of course, I bought her a few bottles and set out for the night. I'm a bit older, most people assume I am in my 20s actually but I had an amazing night. Honestly, one of the best nights of my life and I will tell you why...Mellow...maybe it is Melo...or Meelaui. Anyway, best night ever. How else can i describe it? It absolutely exceeded my wildest dreams. We had the best service (duh) we had the best nightclub concierge we could ask for in Meelaui. She anticipated our every need. This was my favorite club until 01-22-2022- If you're trans, gender fluid, non-binary, etc. you are not welcome here. I was kicked out of the club at 11:57pm because I looked too feminine to use the men's bathroom. They grabbed me when I came out of the stall, wouldn't let me wash my hands and then kicked me out in 20 degree weather without my coat! These three guards belittled me and made me uncomfortable while I waited for one of my friends to get my coat. By standers, my other friends and even others who worked there tried to come to my defense by these men were on a power trip. They threatened to kick my friends out who were questioning their sign about this being a safe space and asking for management. They demanded the other staff not talk to me and go back inside and proceeded to threaten to call the cops on me while I waited for my ride once I had gotten my coat. They refused to give me their names and laughed at me while I was crying, shaking from how cold it was. I sent @Temple_Denver a message on Instagram and Kevin the General Manager offered me any show on them and a $100 bar tab. When I responded with my concerns and suggestions he did not reply. So I sadly do not feel safe returning and I will be letting everyone know about this. Take that sign down, it's obvious you don't care. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. LADIES DONT COME HERE USLESS YOU PLAN ON BEING ASSAULTED. A couple nights ago my fiancé and I went to Temple for the first time and had a horrible experience. We were just exploring the club and listening to the music and it must have been around 12:30-1 AM when we were both grabbed from the back by a little Latino security guard. He told us we had to go and kept grabbing at me and he grabbed my breasts and touching me inappropriately to which I started screaming why are you touching me there I don't like that. He tried dragging us around to god knows where. NEVER once told us why we had to leave. Once he threw us out he even had the audacity to chase after us and try to take pictures/video of us saying "We'll never be allowed back" No idea why we aren't welcome back still to this day. Rating is mainly based on the dishonesty at this club (specifically the blonde female bartender who tipped herself $10 on a $27 tab without asking. More details below) and the music. Would not return voluntarily. Getting in Went on a Friday night since out of town friends were visiting. There was a long line. A friend of a friend got us in without the entrance fee or a wait. So glad we did because for the experience, a $30 admission fee wouldn't be worth it for me unless a bigger name dj was playing or they improve the music beat variety. Note: Maybe $10-20 ticket would be more reasonable - not sure if that would fully cover the cost of the dance and aerial performers and lights. It seems they have enough customers to lower the entrance fee. First impression & the space The first room is a neon lit art gallery which had pretty cool paintings on display. You walk to a back doorway to the darkly lit second floor of the "clubbing area." There are three floors total - two of which you can watch people dancing below. The light set up in and around the club was super nice to look at it. They would release confetti over the main dance floor every once in awhile. Dancers on stage were entertaining to watch. The crowd 21+ club. Not a lot of diversity as I would've liked but that's not surprising for Denver. Crowded but then it got ridiculously packed like sardines on the dance floor by a little past 1am. So, we left. Music EDM on the main floor; hip hop and rap in a small side dance floor. During my time from 10:30pm-1:10am, they'll play decent EDM music for a couple minutes every 20-30 minutes then the beat variation was the same 99% of the time. Would be better if the beat dropped more often. Same thing on the side dance floor with Top 40s music, popped in there for about 20 minutes. Some songs were good but they stayed on the same song too long sometimes. Drinks There's a bar conveniently on every floor. Normal wait time to order your drinks. Mainly ordered Whiskey gingers on two different floors - Strong and not watered down. Service - BRING CASH I noticed multiple people on Yelp and on Google reviews warning that Temple overcharged their credit cards in admissions and/or at the bar. My friends and I purposely brought cash for this reason. Two different male bartenders charged exact prices for Whiskey gingers and water bottles and we tipped 20-30% afterwards. The last bartender (blond female) got us drinks like the last two but she tipped herself $10 on a $27 tab without asking (we gave her $40 cash - she gave back $3). When my friend tried to get her attention, the bartender avoided eye contact and ignored my friend. There weren't that many people at the bar at the time, so it was obvious what she was trying to do. My friend gave up after a minute. We planned on tipping anyways, so fighting over a couple of dollars wasn't worth our time which is what the bartender was probably hoping for. Rude and wrong on principle. We didn't order any more drinks after that. Extra I appreciate how they will require proof of vaccination starting on 10/1/21. I likely will not club again any time soon but it's nice to know. read more

The times I've went I have always enjoyed it. Although the crowd seems a bit more raucous compared to other places I've been to. Although I can't say I've really had a bad time here. It just didn't feel like home or my place I'd like to attend regularly. They have great shows and great performers, so I'd still definitely recommend checking it out if you've already hit up some other dance bars around Denver. But my vibe is the LGBTQ dance bars so take my opinion as you may. read more
