I had this company come out in 2021 and pour a stamped patio, and in 2023 I had them pour a stamped walkway from the front drive to the back patio. For both installs, the owner assured me that his team would move my sprinkler heads and irrigation lines as needed. The first time I even offered and was 100% willing to get my sprinkler guy out to do it between excavation and pour. Again, the owner assured me all was good. Now I have a major leak under one of those pours which was my first indication that (a) the lines were not moved just extended, and (b) most egregious, that at least some of the material used to extend the lines was in fact not meant for irrigation. BTW, I live less than five miles from at least 3 different businesses who sell what should have been used, so I can't think of a valid reason to use something else. The leak is way under one of the slabs and it's going to be time-consuming and complicated to either dig, find, and fix it, or to reroute that zone altogether. I used to rant and rave about what a great experience I had with Cordova, but I can't in good conscience continue to do so. This was a major error that is now going to cost me dearly to rectify. Update: The owner attempted to call me twice after 8:30 p.m. last night (Saturday) after I posted my honest review to several platforms. This morning I woke up to another call and now texts. The texts were simply denials of wrongdoing and not an offer of remediation, which I honestly up to that point still hoped for.

Our sunroom was outdated and poorly built and we wanted it expanded. Jamie tackled the job with enthusiasm and thoughtful planning. There were some quirky issues that had to be dealt with. From extending the cement slab foundation, to finding the perfect windows, to installing carpet we were extremely pleased with his work. He gave more than was required.
