Services include power washing for driveways, concrete, patios, siding, and commercial surfaces, window cleaning, window tinting, screen repair, gutter cleaning, and curb address number painting for homes and businesses.
Bot-Brand AI Automation Agency is the second division — born when the work truck went down and the mission still had to keep moving. Bot-Brand deploys AI systems for homes and businesses including smart home automation, video doorbell installation, security system integration, data network setup, AI voice response, automated lead capture, 24/7 chat infrastructure, and automated booking systems. We keep businesses running and homes connected around the clock without adding staff.

I'm Matt, owner of Curb Elite Solutions and founder of Bot-Brand AI Automation Agency. I started this work with one goal — to stay free enough to serve.
I'm a licensed pastor active in Oklahoma City's prison ministry and homeless outreach. Ministry doesn't run on a schedule, and I needed a business that could flex around that calling instead of fighting it. Curb Elite Solutions became that business — honest property maintenance work that pays the bills and keeps me available when the ministry needs me.
When my truck went down for repairs, I couldn't stop. So I built Bot-Brand from home — an AI automation agency that helps small businesses catch every lead, book every appointment, and run their back office around the clock without adding staff. It grew into something real.
