I have not heard from anyone since December 2024. I sent emails on January 7th, January 8th, and January 15th, and have not heard back. When I called to follow up on my case on January 19th, the receptionist was unable to answer some questions and said someone would call me back within 48 hours or that week the latest. As of today January 27th, I still have not received a call or an email. Our first paralegal Lori failed to follow up with us and had no interest in solving pending issues such as our rental and most of the times pushed over tasks for me to handle. 1) I had no updates at all. In example, I had no clue when the SR1 was filed. I did not receive a copy. Further the form was filled out wrong and my dad received a letter of suspension. I spoke with an agent and they said the firm filled out the form incorrectly. 2) For the rental, Lori merely stated the obvious saying if the rental exceeds the daily amount then we must cover it. After repeated issues and failure to communicate updates, I decided not to work with Lori instead switched to working with Marta a senior paralegal. As seen in my photos, Marta would push all matters for me to solve and made remarks such as: you don't need a middle man, you can make decisions on your own, and you're smart, you've got this. As you can see in my response email, the initial email was me reaching out to Marta wondering why a tow truck was scheduled to pick up the car when I had zero idea as to why that was happening or what was discussed. Huge miss on their part and a huge failure in communication. My biggest issues with these responses is over the phone Marta was not knowledgeable on a lot of issues and seemed to be more occupied in those. Further the medical office they connected my parents with was very flakey, inattentive, made many key mistakes, delayed treatment, etc. Rather than handle these issues or make a change, they simply said these things take time. I could go on and on about the issues and other examples but instead I want to highlight my new firm: Razavilaw Group. They immediately took my case as I fired Bisnarchase. Everyone was super knowledgeable on items ranging from medical to property. In fact, my new paralegal helped ensure my rental was fully covered, helped me obtain much more than I was initially offered, took care of absolutely everything such as car seat reimbursements, etc. Further followed up with medical providers and would provide me updates! When delays were expected they communicated that to me and also I feel so comfortable coming to them for any issues knowing they are there to answer every and all questions. Marta and others at Bisnarchase instead made me feel like I shouldn't be calling, wouldn't provide me direct answers (beating around the bush)! It was such a stark difference coming from Bisnarchase. I hope this review can help others understand that if they want a team that will express care, put the clients needs first, and truly support them. Bisnarchase is not the right firm for that.
