I was hit from behind in an accident where the person had no insurance or driver license. I called my insurance company to fix my car, but I started getting headaches and back pain. These Consumer Protection Lawyers are the Real Deal!! I had a Collection Agency threaten to take me to court and ding my credit if I did not pay right away over a $240 Medical bill. I called them for info and they immediately told me that the Collection Agency was in violation of Federal & State Laws the prevent them for doing this unless they actually intend to do so and that I was entitled to monetary damages because of these illegal actions. I was some what reluctant to go forward as we all would be , but then I did some research on the subject and realized they were correct. This is a tactic used by some Collection Agencies to get people to pay anything - it is not right and they need to be stopped!! They try to bully you in to paying by saying they will take you to COURT (which is scary to hear and believe me I know) but believe me you have rights EVEN if you do owe the money and I did. BTW they actually left these Court threat message on my answering machine which was really stupid and arrogant on their part as that action made my case a SLAM DUNK !! These attorneys went after them and I GOT a very fair settlement at the end and the best thing was it did not cost me one cent out of pocket!! They pay all the legal fees and costs related to the case - which made me think that they knew we were right and in a good legal position or why would they do all this. I highly recommend Ashkan and Sam to help you fight against these low life Collection Agencies that have no morals or scrupulous - you can beat them!! DO NOT let these Collection Agencies push you around or intimidate you - Fight Back legally and maybe they will STOP this method of collecting. Remember they are counting on scaring you and you not doing anything - BUT they are wrong!!
