Nice and moist though the apple filling was way too sweet for me. The second was a Boston Cream, which was nicely topped with a layer of chocolate and stuffed with a custard filling. The filling was sweet but not too sweet. And it was nicely firm so that it didn't squirt everywhere as I bit in.
