Anytime there's a snowstorm especially, this place is the local lifeline. With no Dunkin' around, DD does a good penny but it is deserved. The donuts are consistently fresh and you cannot beat the old school countertop atmosphere here. Even when Buttonwood bakery was still in business selling those handsomely devastating white crème donuts, we always defaulted to DD whenever we needed a quick dozen to go. While there are other local donut franchises, Daily Donut is the one to rule them all.

Two donuts with that coffee. The donuts were put in the same small bag, face to face with no paper separating them. The Apple Crumble Donut looked great and tasted great. Nice and moist though the apple filling was way too sweet for me. The second was a Boston Cream, which was nicely topped with a layer of chocolate and stuffed with a custard filling. The filling was sweet but not too sweet. And it was nicely firm so that it didn't squirt everywhere as I bit in. Easy to see why they're so popular - they make fresh donuts (off site from this location, I think). When I return, I'll ask for separate bags.

From the second I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and an energy that immediately brightened my day. Leah went above and beyond to make sure my order was just right, and you can tell she really cares about making people's mornings better. Her positive attitude is contagious, and she brings such a good vibe to the whole store. Dunkin' is lucky to have her!
