I had a accident and told curry auto body if the work was over 4-5 k I would not have work done 3 messages 4 depts and including curry auto body in person they lied to me about calling in final amount 10k+++ did the work without my permission. I was 2000 miles away. I didn't sign any paperwork and had already told multiple individuals at curry not to do the work this guy Tony when I came back to get my car and they hadn't called me with anything told me it was his effing car now. And my car was his car and he was going to charge all kinds of fees now I gotta deal with litigation none of this should've happened and it seemed like they wanted to make $30,000 on a 11k car Tony was awful and the whole shop didn't practice any professionalism, there was no communication there was no return and even after direct conversations in person and on the phone trying to avoid and make up stories from this guy at the auto shop I would give zero stars. They broke a lot of laws I was 2000 miles away and no papers even signed. read more

Drove my car off the lot, to Balise Nissan, no lights or check engine, with what they told me was a COMPLETE ENGINE FAILURE. 14k for a new engine replacement is what they were trying to charge me. Well this dealership didn't do anything for me when I brought it for service on a check engine light! They told me cause I have an after market auto start in my vehicle which they solder everything in not just wire nuts or crimping things half fast that I have to remove the auto start? This dealership brings their vehicles to the same place! According to Nissan you can't have an after market auto start in a vehicle which they go it for their own vehicles! So I got a phone call from them saying blah blah blah for me to remove it which there was more codes then they told me! So how many other Nissan products that they won't cover that they had the same company put In auto start for them? Seems like a big run around and I don't care on how many years someone been doing this? My daughter went in for a routine oil change. Vehicle has 17,000 miles and the lease is up next month. April advised her of all these extras which she didn't know to decline. April must work on commission. She left there paying $338. They even charged her $42 for new wiper blades when hers were perfectly fine. Be careful, they are trying to make as much as they can and will gladly take advantage of a 24 yr old. They put in an in cabin micro filter, an oil additive... none of which is routine nor needed at 17,000 miles. They charged $166 of labor for 45 min of work. read more

Nissan is garbage. Curry is not much better. Spend your money on a Honda or Toyota and you won't get the Nissan runaround. The CVT transmissions on most of the Nissan vehicle have a known problem and once you are out of the warranty period you will be paying about $5k for a new one. I am a Nissan Customer for 8 years. I went in to the Curry Nissan dealership for the first time to trade in my car and buy another one. The salesman (Dave Vakalis) pushed us away. He showed zero interest in us or the sale. He took our info and slapped numbers at us. He didn't offer a drink. He didn't allow us to look at ANY vehicle. The worst of the worst. I used an online site which connected me with these guys and I've been spammed for over a week. I get daily generic emails with broken images from someone named Rygan saying "I haven't heard back from you"... but I've replied many times. I've tweeted asking them to stop. I've reported their emails as spam on Google. Please make it stop! Conversely I went to Country Nissan in Hadley. The rep (Jason) was super helpful, easy to work with, human. They had the best price of half a dozen places on a Nissan Leaf, and made it super easy. They came to my house with car, walked me through it. I only had to go to the dealer for 10m to pick up the car. read more

The service dept. is useless and liars. Made an appt. on Thursday for service Saturday morning. Service called on Friday to confirm appt. and type of vehicle. I usually work on Saturday morning so I cleared my schedule for the morning. Got to the service dept. ahead of appt. time. Someone from service dept. comes out and says they cannot service my Nissan van. The lied and said they called and left a message on Friday. When my wife confirmed appt. on Friday with them they confirmed hers and my cell phone number. Neither of us got a call on Friday. Bottom line, DO NOT trust this service dept. read more

Didn't feel any of the usual pressures people complain about when shopping around for a new vehicle. I went to Curry Nissan looking to lease a 2015 Rogue. The salesman George B was so pushy that after about 20 min I decided even if I loved the car I wouldn't buy from him. In the middle of my sentence he answered his phone then got up and walked away. I left and a couple days later went to Curry Honda. My salesman there called over to Nissan to confirm the trade in value they had given me at Nissan. Nissan lied and said I didn't even bring my car with me to have it appraised! I obviously brought my car, and parked it right in front of the glass and he took my keys to look at it. Why would I not bring my car that I'm looking to trade in? Horrible experience. I must say that this was the worst experience EVER. The salesman I dealt with was polite UNTIL I purchased my used 2008 Nissan Maxima. Once the purchase was complete they acted like total *SSHOLES! The sold me the car and refuse to fix it. They wanted to charge me an additional $1,300 (and this is before my 1st payment was even made) to fix something that was already in need of repair. One star is atleast 5 stars too many for this dealer. I bought a 2009 chevy malibu from Curry Nissan of which is part of this dealership. They took up alot of my time and would rather smoke cigaretts than hurry up and get me on my way. They promissed me new tires and said they had the factory floor mats, none of which I received. The floor mats cost me 100 plus tax. I'm also out of state and the said they would put it "through their shop for cleaning and servicing" and the deliver it. They may have driven it in the doors of their shop but never cleaned it or serviced it. as when I got it, it was still dirty inside and still had the same bird sh6t on it when I looked at it. As far as servicing it, when I got it it had 50% oil life left. I bought it on a Wednesday and was told that they would deliver it on Monday morning. Then told Tuesday morning, then Wednesday morning, and so on untill the following Monday. I lost over 30 hopurs of work because of their bs. Keep in mind it was already paid for and inssured for over a week that I didn't get to drive. Whe we got to DMV the dealer sent a photo copy of my sales receipt of which DMV needed an original which I had to give up mine. All I can say is I will never sent anyone their way ever. read more
