Finally, I found Jeff and Square State Insurance on Yelp. He was able to find me a new policy for both home and auto, and save me nearly $100 / mo for very comparable coverage. In the current market, every little bit helps. He was also able to answer all of my questions about the new policies, and how switching would work. I will definitely continue to use him in the future if I need to tweak my coverage again.

We have known Brandon for many years. The first experience with this new field of work for him did…read morenot go well - we provided our current policy and asked Brandon to match it all. Unfortunately, it took many edits because he was not matching apples to apples - way under quoting us Thousands (I caught all his mistakes). Since we knew him, we got through it and finally signed some policies with him. A few months later, Brandon tried to help me via text with a Life Insurance policy. I told him I had to read through 33 pages, and he just said "Just sign it then it's good haha" (after the first issues, NO). At the same time, I was also dealing with my fiancé's fall, fractured vertebrae and he literally ignored the fact of this happening and let me know to contact him when I was ready. NO CONCERN FOR HIM whatsoever (just as much his client as well). He texted me that he needed to talk to me. Brandon never called me back. I stopped caring at this point. If he was a good agent, he would have cared, he would have called me back, he would have correctly quoted us from the beginning and not RUSHED through it...if he was good - he wouldn't have to leave HIMSELF a five-star google review, just look (until he deletes this google violation). THEN the worst happened. He had his employee, Andrew, "take over" my account.... Andrew asked me if I would be comfortable with him as my agent, I wasn't bc of Brandon. I was then SET-UP-- Brandon impersonated him acting like Andrew, via text and email, calling from Andrew's number as I knew it... acted on his behalf without me knowing. Very UNETHICAL, not sure that is even legal! Then Brandon was saying I was harassing them - I JUST WANTED AN HONEST, ETHICAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AGENT - NOT IMPERSONATIONS! By you impersonating your colleagues Brandon, Yeah, you will get a reaction! Then, goodness - Brandon said I couldn't get another agent, he said a straight "NO!" when I asked - LIAR, or just ignorant! I just did, I called Farmers and am currently transferring agents. Brandon, DO NOT impersonate your employees. Brandon, call people back when you are supposed to. Brandon, check your business ethics. The availability and efficiency of agents and staff declined, knowledge wasn't as obvious, and agents seemed to be out a lot more. Covid and at home working could be one of the reasons. I made a change and found an agent who cares about what he does and supports my family's insurance needs with knowledge in home, car insurance and it's a breath of fresh air. I would recommend some house cleaning and improvement on agent availability or coverage while they are gone, in-depth knowledge refresher and supporting clients with payments options, types of insurance protection and quick turnaround so people aren't left fumbling or waiting to hear back putting clients at risk and with insurance for too long.
