Jody Roberts & her staff SAVED my insurance debacle mess left from another HORRIBLE Sttate Farm agent in Fort Collins (may or may not have the first name of Bob...). After the other agent & his office completely screwed up my insurance, had policies lapsing with no notice, automated payments that were botched & the worst communication & lack of responsibility for errors - I called the State Farm headquarters & told them of my experience & how DISGUSTED I was with the FC agent & State Farm. You would think an agent would value & appreciate that you had ELEVEN policies with them.... not this dufus. After going through 3 people who told me I couldn't just "switch" agents - I talked to someone with knowledge & authority -then, I was able to switch to Jody Roberts - whom I found through Yelp ratings. From the moment I contacted her - Jody, herself, was involved in sorting out the disaster that the Fort Collins disaster of an agent created among my 4 autos, umbrella, home & 5 life policies! Jody dug in, straightened out, answered all my questions (I had TONS) & pulled everything back up from the "life support" stage the other State Farm agent left it all in. Jody was always responsive by phone & email. Her staff was equally responsive. When I moved out of state, it was SUPER hard to say goodbye to Jody - she is an agent who loves what she does & truly keeps a watchful eye on the business you trust her with. If zero stars was a thing - that' is what I would recommend. After 16 years of paying State Farm for home and auto coverage, we learned a very valuable lesson. If you want/need an agent to advocate for you, look elsewhere. We were very disappointed in the way our claim was handled. I was given some information that frankly scared me from a young gentleman in this agency. I was advised that replacement cost didn't adjust yearly. I have given him the opportunity to give my information to the agency principal to review but I'm not sure even that will help in this situation. Unfortunately, when you go to someone for this type of protection and they don't know what that are even selling it gives me little faith in the agency. read more

From Day 1 Jody and State Farm have been there for me. They made my account creation very simple and they were very honest. Every birthday I receive a call from them just to say happy birthday. My insurance was a mess with this agency. They took full coverage off of my financed vehicle and told me that I told them to do it....most definitely would not do that. So my finance company put force placed insurance on my car making my car payment triple what it usually is. It took over a month to resolve and they took absolutely no responsibility for there mistake and even made me pay to backdate the insurance they messed up for another 3 months doubling my normal insurance bill. When I cancelled my insurance there was no concern at all as to why I wanted to cancel, they do not care about their clients and I would not recommend this agency to anyone. read more
