Was in and out in 30 minutes for a tire change. First come, first serve service, and gets the job done right

Where do I start? Kaden is amazing. I had issues w the 12v charger, headlights, and an annoying…read moreairbag code on our 09 Mazda 5. The car is in otherwise very good mechanical condition. It is too small for my son so we want to sell it as a reliable vehicle for the next owner. I am a DIY mechanic to a point, change the oil, transmission service, can replace spark plugs, etc. I reached out on Yelp for help and Abbotsford Mobile, along with one other local shop responded. Lights were a bulb issue, fixed, 12v charger, the plug in port was wonky, replaced it and fixed it. Airbag code issue has not been resolved but I have been given some safe and basic troubleshoot advice from Kaden. If I can't solve the problem I'll be bringing it to Kaden and crew immediately. I am a GC and offer "free advice" always, I believe it is the right thing to do for people capable of and willing to try, to repair or fix things around their home. I will be driving to Abbotsford soon if I can't solve this airbag code issue. Their rates are far below any shop locally, as much as I want to support local shops, to be told $135/hr for a diagnostic without any idea on how long it may take is crazy to me. I deal with unseen dry rot issues all the time and give a best estimate of the area of damage and how long it will take, and I am most always spot on. I have yet to receive the type os attention and concern for my problem prior to bringing my car in as I have received with Abbotsford Mobile Mechanics. I highly recommend Kaden and Abbotsford Mobile Mechanics. Thanks Kaden, George F.

After being reassured by Kaden that AMM was familiar with the rear brakes I needed replaced on my…read more2018 Mercedes Benz GLC 300, it soon became obvious that I was misled. Half way through the installation I became concerned when both Kaden and his brother started looking on YouTube for solutions to why things were going sideways. Then to make things worse, they broke one of the calipers that did not need to be replaced. Now a $500 MB replacement part is required. They also could not release the brake piston on the other rotor so now I have a car that can't be moved. They promissed to make it right and to return the next day with the replacement caliper and learn how to release the other brake piston. Well another lie. Not only did they not return the next day, Kaden also did not return my text messages asking for the status, and actually hung up on me when calling him direct. Run and hide tactic. So now I am left with a set of useless brake pads and rotors that I had purchased for AMM to use with the installation, a broken caliper $$, a tow truck cost to another dealer, a car I can't drive for 3 days because it's the weekend and a full dealer charge to fix my brakes. Again $$$$ To say I am frustrated is putting it mildly. I was happy to pay Kaden and AMM for the promissed service, but to be lied to and then to be left alone to correct their mistakes is the worse. Lesson learned and never again. Be aware.

Bought 4 used tires from Abbsry Used Tires in Abbotsford, BC. Four days later, on a long road trip,…read moreone of them exploded. Discovered all 4 tires were manufactured before the year 2000 - at least 21 years ago!. When I bought the tires I didn't know about finding out the year and month of manufacture from the DOT code on the tire. I replaced all 4 tires and to their credit, they refunded the cost of the used tires I had bought from them, though not the labor to put them on - they should have included that , too, as I incurred other expenses because of this tire blowout - forfeited my hotel reservation that night because I couldn't reach my intended hotel as it was too far to drive to with the donut spare on. I had to pay $200 for a local hotel, and another $150 for a 2nd hotel stay because I had been delayed a day trying to find 4 new tires in a town that had no tire stores, and I also incurred the cost of 4 new tires ($660). So selling me 4 crappy tires cost me an extra $1000 plus a lot of hassle. They should inform customers what the year of manufacture was on the used tires they are buying so the buyer can be fully informed about what they're getting. And Abbsry should not even have tires more than 10 years old in their inventory. Even an unused tire sitting for years in a warehouse deteriorates. This is a safety issue. If that tire had been a front tire and had blown at 120 kph on the Coquahalla we could have had a serious accident and possibly been killed, along with whoever else we may have affected by our out of control vehicle.
