She was suppose to call me and follow up on my case and she didn't and she blamed me, for an error that the dentist said was clearly his mistake. Get through that hoope to be met with a wall of questions to "access" you for an appointment. Dude, I just need the biannual and cleaning. More questions. Insurance info and notice the local office will call. Cool. In between the time for booking and the actual call from the local office we received 4 emails and 4 text messages to confirm attendance and register with the office which includes uploading your ID + insurance card and a myriad of more questions. Now, 2.5 weeks later the local office calls and needs to get some Intel like.the aforementioned 1. Insurance card 2. Work we want Then and ONLY then is it mentioned that We won't get a cleaning at this appointment. It's an Xray and Consult only. We shall come back for the cleaning. Y'all, I can't. Who has this time availability to play around with something that has always been done in 1 fail swoop on a visit in my 40 years of dental work. The office is nice and the front desk staff is professional and knowledgeable. They helped me get everything set up for my new patient appointment. The new patient visit is so THOROUGH! The hygienist Ms.Keisha was amazing! She not only cleaned and flossed my teeth better than anywhere else but she taught me new techniques. Everyone was friendly and played a movie to keep my toddler entertained in the lobby.
