A new dentist (I believe this was her first job after school) did the procedure. I ended up with my mouth being numb for more than 24 hours and 2 days later had intense pain and facial swelling. The practice admitted the fill in was in too deep but insisted I needed a root canal after failed antibiotic and steroid treatment. I asked to speak to the provider who owned the practice-Dr. Jones and was completely dismissed. There was no ownership to the damage that was done. No one offered to redo the fill in that was done incorrectly. I had a consult with an endodontist who confirmed I did not need a root canal and the error was in the fill in. All I wanted to do was speak to the provider who owned the practice-Dr. Jones, express my concerns and discuss a plan to fix my issue. I was completely dismissed and the provider would not speak with me. As a healthcare worker with over 25 years of experience, this was not customer service. This was not ownership to a wrong. This was rude and insulting. To date, I am still dealing with this issue and trying to get this resolved. I am now being told that I have completely maxed out my insurance in June and would now have to pay out of pocket. This indicates that Trinity billed incorrectly and took the entire annual plan benefit!!! Honestly this has been exhausting, unfair and completely unnecessary.

They offer a variety of complimentary treatment for patients which is greatly appreciate in today's financial climate. I highly recommend her to everyone in the area.

I paid the bill, however, I felt I was treated unfairly and billed unfairly. No apology was ever given and that's why I left Dr Clark. No one should be blind sided by a $388 bill and told the practice never knows what the insurance will cover. They certainly knew what the crowns were going to cost because they asked the insurance company prior to me refusing that particular procedure. I have never been contacted by Dr Clark after I paid the bill and he was told I canceled my next cleaning. The very least he could have done was refund half of this unexpected cost, but nothing, except the letter that I had found another provider, which is untrue.

The staff is friendly (with the exception of the orthodontist doctor that is not a Lineberger - she was very rude ) and the timing of our appointments are always prompt. Of course my child really likes the snacks and games available for the patients. So Thank you for that service. Dr. Matthew Lineberger has been assessing my daughter for a few years on the correct timing of his braces. We made a decision recently to go with another orthodontist. The reason that we decided to go with another Orthodontist is because I noticed that last few times that I was in the office that there were no people of color. There were only caucasians working in the Huntersville office. There should have been at least two people of color as there were at least 15 employees in the office (not one African American working ). Dr. Lineberger s wall display is full of athletes that are men of color - however is ortho team is not diverse at all. I would like to see the doctor providing equal opportunity for all races. [Note: Ignore the previous reviews on Yelp. The dentists here now took over the practice about a year and a half ago, so the older reviews don't apply to them.] Getting an appointment and checking in as a new patient was very easy (and a lot quicker than I had expected). They had already done their homework with the information I provided over the phone. My hygienist Melissa was very personable and did an exceptional job taking x-rays, cleaning my teeth, and setting me up as a new patient. After she was done, Dr. Modlin ("Mike") introduced himself, and took the time to look over my chart, x-rays, and check my teeth. He, too, was very friendly and personable. I was given a clean bill of health, and I wasn't pressured into getting any unnecessary procedures done. I felt confident in everyone that I spoke to at the office. The office has modern equipment and has been recently remodeled/updated. I look forward to returning every six months.
