The women and men on her staff who administer these treatments are sooo kind and caring-as are all the staff! The office crew are always friendly and helpful to patients. I have had 6 additional laser treatments and they work- they really work! One afternoon after a laser treatment, one of the clinic founders, Dr. Wagner, happened to stop by as I was exiting the room. He looked at my file and asked how the laser treatments were going and we briefly discussed how effective they are for my condition. I've gotten used to the temperature checks and screening questions before we're allowed entry, the no-touch electronic check-in's and clean/dirty pens, my having to wait outside in the car while my Dad is seen. I am a registered nurse. At Motio yesterday there were no temp checks nor screening questions. The receptionists wore only face shields, not masks. A receptionist came within 2 feet of my seated father and talked as she handed him an iPad and stylus (I told her I wasn't comfortable with her being so close and she stepped back a little). I watched a patient come inside without a mask (the patient was asked once inside to don a mask). I later saw the same patient in an exam room talking with a staffmember while not wearing a mask. We ended up walking out without being seen by a doctor.

My wife used a bone stimulator as requested by Dr. Gideon, it didn't help heal her foot.THE PAIN WAS SO UNBEARABLE! SHE REQUESTED AN APPOINTMENT AFTER SURGERY AND DR. I'm so used to having to wait 15+ minutes after my appointment time with most doctors that it was shocking in a really great way to be seen right away. Dr. McNamara was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I am that girl that will never get a pedicure because I'm so afraid of getting a nail fungus and yet I am the girl who got the toenail fungus from stubbing my toe. That's right I have a funky toenail. We're doing some sharing today on Yelp! Dr. McNamara explained the different treatment options very clearly to a distraught gal (that would be me) and took a sample from my toenail and scheduled a follow up to go over the results. I decided that I did not want to go on the heavy medication that was one of the treatment options and Dr. McNamara was not pushy at all. The staff was very friendly and even helped me out when I made a mistake and didn't bring my insurance card. I have been going to Dr. Douglas for several years now. I only need to see the doctor once a year…read morefor my regular check up but every time I have gone, I have been happy with the visit and efficiency of the office. My husband also sees Dr. Douglas (we almost never go together due to work schedules) and my husband has similar experiences. The staff here is great and the office runs efficiently. Dr. Douglas runs on time. I've never had a wait. My husband is typically a difficult stick. The phlebotomist here is awesome and always gets him on the first time. Dr. Douglas is kind and takes a real interest in you, not just as a patient but as a person. Dr. Douglas is a huge dog lover and has photos of his dogs in the exam rooms. It's a nice touch so that the office feels less sterile and more welcoming. It's also nice to get a glimpse into his hobbies/ outside interests. That way you see him not just as your doctor but as a human. Overall I highly recommend Dr. Douglas. He is a wonderful PCP. You want someone who takes the time to listen and gets to know you as a person. The location is convenient for me but even if I lived a little further away, I'd drive the extra distance for a good doctor.
