Her coworkers just watched her like it was normal. Instead of dealing with someone who acts like she doesn't want to be there I can just shop online.

The dressing rooms are always clean and they even now have a couch for you to chill on (they have looong lines on the weekend) since they have remodeled the store. Definite stop for a plus size chick (size 14 and up). But make sure you have a gift cheque handy because Lane Bryant as a company is on the steep end. There career pants are close to $60, but they last FOREVER (or close to it). Check out the right fit jeans! They have 3 style to fit different body types. Also you can order online (I just spent $100 for $250 worth of merchandise). You can also find these types of sales in store. I like this one better than the one in Allen Park and it is really spacious (Lathrup Village). TIP: If you are looking for a cute short dress this is not the spot. They carry clothing that is cute but more of the career or casual nature. If you can afford to have them altered (take up) then it may be worth it. Otherwise, they are the spot for nice bras and panties.

A staff walked right towards me, smiled and sang at me (she had been singing with the music for a while, loudly) but never actually said anything to me let alone ask if I needed help finding something! I did want to know if they had more bras in my size in the back but it had been 20min since I'd been in there IGNORED and unable to engage with anyone that I just wanted to pay and leave. Enough. Most recently, I received an email saying my order would arrive soon, but that was inaccurate. At this point, I'm unsure when -- or if -- it will arrive. I placed an ordered in October 20 2025. I emailed them 11/26/25 to see where my order was and just got a generic message saying they are relocating warehouses. I messaged them on instagram on 12/3/2025 and email again on 12/5/2025 and got the same message thru email but instagram they asked for my information THEN my order started moving 12/16/2025 well the shipping label. I didn't receive it till 12/26/2025 lol only for them to send the wrong items. Emailed AGAIN on 12/29 because that's when I had time to open the package. They asked to see the order and pants. I send them right away. They said if I would like to return them I would have to pay shipping cost. I asked how was that fair they then said "The issue has been forwarded to the relevant team for review" on 1/1/2026. I emailed again 1/9/2026 just for a follow up and they said they would be back with me shortly. I'm 1/26/2026 I messaged them thru instagram explaining the whole situation again and again they asked to show them the order and the pants. I didn't get a response so I messaged again on 2/2/2026 just to follow up and look for a solution "Good morning, just following up again because I'm honestly a bit frustrated at this point. I ordered in October and didn't receive my order until December, only to find out the pants I received weren't the correct style. I've never had an issue with your company before, which is why I'm surprised this hasn't been resolved yet. I just want to understand what the next step will be. Will there be a replacement or store credit? I also wanted to ask if the pants with belt loops are still available. I haven't seen them on the site since late October or early November and wasn't sure if they were discontinued. When I brought daughter back to get pinned for dress alterations she said it would cost 10-15 dollars more bc she didn't realize it was 3 layers. Not my error as I already paid in full for alterations. My friends told me to not dare pay at pick up and the lady owner insisted I paid. I paid and will never go back. It was not in class the 2 things she did. Very unprofessional. I guess she needs the money more than me. If I were an owner,I would have ate the $15. She wouldn't even meet me in the middle.
