This may sound ridiculous but they feel like an extended family, the office personal are so inviting and remember me and family everytime, same with any techs they have and ofcourse the doctor. I always feel so well taken care of and that there is a genuine quality here you can't find in many places if at all anymore. As an older mom now, I also like to indulge in things like Botox, I feel much better getting this done from a doctor than a pop up type Botox environment. If something was to go wrong or to have a reaction, a doctor is much more capable in that situation. Highly recommend if you need dermatology care in the High Desert area.

They demanded I prepay, and sign documents, requiring payment when I make the appointment. I know there's been a change of ownership, but this was awful! I told the front staff that I resented being treated like a criminal, especially after almost 30 years with them, I would never prepay, and I will NEVER be back. Shame on all of them.
